Great trip with Reza. Hotels in Medina and Mecca were very good. Both were close to respective harams. However, the tour guide was late several times and was not able to speak good English which was problematic for the younger visitors.

Everything was booked and managed properly. Thank you

Incredibly professional service. All communication leading up to the trip informed us of what to expect and they were on hand to answer any questions we had.
The tour operator was made aware that we would be travelling with family members who are deaf - they were very accommodating and created a welcoming environment. My aunt and uncle who are deaf were really impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The hotel provided in Madinah was right at the door steps of the Prophet’s Mosque so very easily accessible and the hotel in Makkah was beautiful, within reasonable walking distance.
Overall a really great experience - have already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely be using them again next year!

Alavi Tours Umrah was excellent. I've been with other tour groups before but this has definitely been my best experience. The hotel was brilliant and the tour guides were very responsive to our questions and needs. I enjoyed it so much that if I was to go again, I would book with them again. We have used for the first time this umrah package with Raza and it completely blew our minds, I was very nervous at first but with ease he and his team has guided us with help on what we need to do.

I would definitely recommend using his services as it was the first time going with a 6 month old child, everyone helped us a lot and made our first umrah easy.

He has taken us to many ziyarts and made us stay in the most beautiful hotels with stunning views.

It was my first time at medina and mecca through alavi tours , everything was so organised from the day we arrived and I highly recommend Alavi tours but I would have liked a english speaker molana as I understand it better , I enjoyed my stay at anjum hotel in mecca from the service to the food , I would highly recommend this hotel .

Went for umrah April 2024, the trip was our first and the experience was excellent. Hotels near to the haram in both Makkah and Medina. All our needs were catered for, we requested to travel by train from medina to Makkah to save time and Razabhai arranged it.
The ziyarats in surrounding areas of both places were exemplary, more than expected.
Overall a fantastic trip for both myself and my son who went first time.

We performed umra in April 2024 with Umra plus tourism. The services and assistance provided were exceptional.
