Having heard people discuss different speed awareness courses , I’m beyond glad I booked on this . The lady doing the course was fab , I was very impressed with the activities / advice and knowledge . Fab day online

I attended the course in september much to my annoyance. Busy place and lots attending who just want to get in and out. Stephen the course director made it a pleasant learning experience, right amount of humour but utterly proffesional with some great knowledge. I hope not to see him again but if you do hes a credit to whoever he does this course for.

Very informative and well presented , this is something that everyone should attend should be mandatory at some stage in your driving career

I really enjoyed the Speed Awareness course. The online class was easy to follow and understand, and the teacher explained the different concepts of speed awareness clearly and in a way that was easy for everyone to understand. The class was informative, straightforward and well organised. Overall, a really good experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the speed awareness course but it was actually really good. Becky our tutor was amazing. It wasn’t a telling off more a lesson on being safer on the road. It’s a course I truly believe all new drivers should have to take as part of learning.

Excellent course presented by very good and knowledgeable trainers. The content and intent were were clear, and delivery was very professional. I learnt a lot and appreciate the key tips for improvement.

Their course covered not just WHAT we needed to know and do but also WHY and tips on HOW TO. Very professional. Also, they treated us like grown ups. Not at all patronising. Very helpful about answering questions

As it was a long time since I passed my test, I found the course very informative but conducted in a relaxed manner. The two trainers were easy to listen to.

The course has been very helpful and
I will recommend it to all drivers.
There are many factors that we take for granted as driver which are responsibile for committing speeding offense.
The National speed awareness course will help to resolve some of these driving offenses.
The course open my eyes into a lot of things which i don't know are available to me in the car to use in other to avoid over speeding such as the use of technology to enable me select a safe speed .
The need to look for driving signs and obey them,following these simple rule will go a long way to promote safety.
The course also emphasised the need to respect other road users and watch our temparament while driving .
If we are not careful about our behaviour while driving and get into unnessary altercation with other road users,this may result into consequences like stress,fatique , anger and driving fast.
Furthermore, not obeying the rules may cause us losing not only our licence but also increase the insurance premium.
It is obvious the course has taught me me a lot which has prompted a review of my driving style.
Firstly, i have drawn up and action plan for myself (driving code) which is kept in the car.
I read this code whenever i set out on a journey and at the end of the journey i reapprase myslf to see if i have done anything wrong.
Finally, i wish to thank the TTC for organising this course and to commend Katherine our trainer for a job well done.

A very professional trainer (Mick) who achieved empathy with the group. He kept to schedule and took opportunities to involve everybody. I guess nobody actually wants to attend these courses, but it is always possible to learn, and participants learn more if they can relate to the facilitator. Overall a very worthwhile experience.

The course was well delivered, and informative. As I usually keep to the speed limit (I was caught in an area which I thought was 30 but was 20) I thought it wouldn't be relevant to me, but it was! I learned some very useful things during the course, which I will put into practice.

took over 30 mins to get started on the course with various zoom issues - so not very professional. Trainer knew a fair amount but delivery was fairly basic (lots of 'er's and 'ums') and some of the statistics rather patronising.

i had a terrible experience with the instructor called bilal claimed my english was not good enough refused to move me to the next step then when speaking to my daughter said that i couldn’t even tell him what my name was then told my daughter to wait a minute completely disconnected me from the call i now need to rebook my course and retake it he did not let me explain myself at all and was very patronising laughing while talking to my daughter at my lack of english when my daughter then called to rebook my course the woman on the phone confirmed that my english was good enough and that i did not need a translator this is ridiculous i’ve never been treated this disgustingly before

There was a few things I did not know such as street light speed being 20 mph. Was not boring and two people talking in turns made a differents .

Interesting, quite fast paced. Trainers were engaging & informative. Was not made to feel like a social pariah, learnt quite a few things which was good. Think everyone should go on this course might make us all slow down.
