The course I was on was hosted by Jon & Karl. They made the course interesting and informative. At no time did they admonish the attendees or belittle anyone on the course. I am glad I attended in person to meet other people who committed the same misdemeanor, and to learn from these very talented tutors.

Straightforward, clear and well structured. Also informative about aspects, either forgotten or overlooked. Very useful to focus on whole topic of road safety and effects of speed.
One thought: the excellent instructor's tendency to ask 'is that clear?' so repeatedly throughout could have been a reduced0.

The instructors were very friendly and informative, very interesting without making me feel like a bad girl. If you have to spend 3 hours to update the highway code and speed limits on various roads i couldnt recomend nicer guys.

Course content itself was fine, and much better than getting 3 points. Information on stopping distances was very eye opening and informative!
However, the trainer ( Magdalena or something similar) was so strange.
She was really argumentative towards people for no reason. At one stage she asked us to start writing down some examples. I began writing, and she asked me why I wasn’t looking at the camera and I said I was writing, and she told me that I needed to ask permission in future if I was going to write anything. Despite being told at the beginning to take notes as we will use them in our action plan at the end.
She did snap at quite a few people, not just me, so maybe she was having a bad day.
I understand we attended as we broke the speed limit, however a course trainer who’s job it is to deliver these courses (and is not a police officer) should not have had an attitude like that towards people.

Everything was well organized and clearly provided.

Booking the venue based course was very easy. The communication from TTC prior to the course was outstanding in its style of... informative, business-like yet friendly. The ladies who ran the course were friendly, smiley, interactive and excellent at presenting and running the course. The content of the course was very good.

I was amazed at the amount of information covered in the time allocated, the ability to assess hazards electronically and the participation of attendees on the TTC online course. It was an excellent refresher, professionally delivered with realism and understanding. Overall, it was in excellent experience. Information shared will definitely influence my driving for the better. Certain statistics remain in my head and assist in prevention of speeding hereafter. Thank you.

Over familiar introduction from Mick, followed by an antagonistic 'didn't think so' when confirming I had no questions was a poor start. Having been caught driving 24mph in a 20 at 5.30am on a Sunday morning, with no other road users or pedestrians around (a first speed related offense in 25 years of driving), and as a contentious driver - much of the content was self explanatory although the stopping distance content was interesting. I listened throughout and responded as required only for more comments of a similar nature aimed at the group at the conclusion of the course. A slightly annoying experience

The course content was engaging and informative , as were the supporting slides. The trainer ( Mick) was amiable and knowledgeable , and helped and encouraged the group to participate ( successfully) .

Overall a positive experience demonstrating the importance of speed awareness.

The experience was very good and Barry new his job very well.

Steve who ran the course was very professional but also had a welcoming relaxed attitude. He made sure everyone was involved and participated in the course.
The course content was interesting and relevant and provided a useful refresher for someone such as me who passed their driving test many years ago.
