good response to questions, easy website to navigate . We have used the unity soft on many occasions when replacing or upgrading laptops and the quick turn around makes it easy to configure devices and get them up and running as needed.

The software is good but the delivery of the license key from theunitysoft was delayed. Support was responsive but the wait was frustrating.
