Great location
Great location. Key/ checkin instructions clear. Clean and comfortable.
We were quite surprised/disappointed to arrive and discover that there was absolutely no toilet tissue. After traveling all day and arriving later in the evening is was very inconvenient to have to go back out and find an open store in order to purchase some. We do understand that it is not the properties responsibility to provide this amenity for the whole stay however, a starter roll would have greatly appreciated.

Ideal location close to under ground station. Plenty of pubs, cafes etc close by. Picking up keys well explained but still a bit of a faff, having to pick up 500 mtrs away then drop back off.

First class accommodation
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and immaculately presented in every respect. Checking in and out was straight forward, including details of key collection & return. Supporting information on location and amenities was useful. The flat provided perfect accommodation and location for a 4 night stay and reasonable value for money. The only unfortunate issue was having to pay and wait 14 days for the return of a €600 breakage deposit plus a non-refundable £15 currency exchange fee (I hope the deposit is returned in £ and not € or this will incur another £15!). A first in my experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, McDonald’s, and shops nearby. Public transport was very convenient, with busesand the subway all within easy reach. The neighbourhood was very pleasant, and the flat was spotlessly clean. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others!
