Wade Rod Co is absolutely magnificent. I received my new rods in less than a week. I recently used the Streamer Express 7 weight and caught an 8 pound Atlantic salmon in upstate New York. The rod was powerful and light as a feather. As far as service, Wade Rods is excellent. They ship fast and safely and produce a fantastic product. Buy and use their gear with confidence.

Delivery came a day early, love the payment plan model, and the unboxing experience and product were all amazing. Can't wait to get this rod out on the water.

The rods and service are unbeatable. This is my 3rd wade rod and I plan to get the streamer express next.

I Received my dragon glass 8/9wt rod a few weeks ago and I really enjoy the smooth action. It casts larger saltwater flies effortlessly and handles the coastal breeze well.It performs equally well in coastal surf and back bay estuaries. Great rod at a reasonable price. The quality of the rod is above it's price point and i couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. Delivery was quick and I was casting exactly one week from placing the order. I will recommend wade rod company and plan on further purchasing in the near future. Thanks for a great product.

This is a great rod Totally met my expectations and some

Ordered a rod and the handle was cracked when received. After emailing customer service (had a trip planned the upcoming weekend) instead of overnighting a replacement, they said I could use the rod bc it was a cosmetic thing and then after to send in the damaged part for a replacement. I thought it was a bit odd that they said to use it, and I was worried that the handle would actually crack more and then be totally unusable. Also, not sure how the rod would've cracked during transit either, it was packed super well so someone must have sent it with the damage already there.

So in the description it said to keep it honest. Although my order got off to a rough start, it ended perfectly. I placed my order just ahead of a major holiday, which when I did so I thought there will certainly be a glitch. How could there not be, not only did we have a holiday, we got COVID going on. In my mind I made an exception, but I was still going to hold their feet to the fire, I was determined to make sure that they delivered on their 48 hour promise. Well to be honest they didn’t,however, what did happen was this. A young man named Cam stepped up. He listened to my rants and made it happened. Was this experience perfect, in no way but they won my trust. Cam delivered, bottom line. It still remains to be seen if the rod stands up to the promise of extraordinary but whether or not it does or it doesn’t the customer service get an applause. When I put this rod up against the test I will post, honestly what I think about the product. Till next post...tight lines all!!!

I have fly fished since I was 7yo with my grand father in the Bighorn mountain of Wyoming. I used the same rod he gave me when I was 7 for the last 20+ yrs. A yeti cooler attacked my old fly rod and killed it. Since I have bought low budget rods and gone through 3 without any misuse and they break with regular use. Finally decided to pay a bit more and went with glass 5wt Brookie. The name attracted me with dragon glass "GOT" and brookie the fish I love to target. Now the rod awesome love this thing. Performance is great and look retro and cool. Should have made the move along time ago vs budget junk. I'm excited to get onto some trout on the Guadalupe river in Texas. If this rod hold up like I believe it will I'm gonna grab the 8/9wt glass rod. Which guys @wade needs a name "mariner" or something cool. Anyhow super excited to use this rod this coming season here in Texas which is winter and spring fishing. Loved the feel of glass cast for me perfectly with easy. Thought there would be an adjustment but staight to perfect cast. Took it out the day it came in. Amped!!! Not much on YouTube which is where so many people look for review or info now a days so plan on doing a review soon. @wade if you like my video I love fishing and will be happy to demo rods and put the word out.

Not pleased. Placed my order on Friday, received a tracking number monday, then order was cancelled Tuesday because item was out of stock.

I did the subscription plan and within one week got my rod. I ordered the streamer express 7wt, and it is a great casting rod. Used it for cahronamid fishing with a strike indicator and also used it for large beadhead streamer and it throws better than my orvis rod. Just wish they would come out with some 9'6" rods.

Fast shipping!! Although I have not been able to use the rod yet I am very pleased!!!! Nice rod, the reel is amazing(awesome drag!) Can't wait to go fishing!!! I will give an update after I use it a couple times.

I ordered 2 hats almost a month ago. I contacted them immediately because I accidently had one shipping to my billing address and wanted to see if I could get them shipped together. It took a few days and finally received a response that the items already shipped. I received two emails with tracking numbers. I received one of them.

Then, nearly 3 weeks later, someone contacted me stating that the item was out of stock and asked if I'd like another item. I did not want another item and was extremely disappointed because this was a gift. I asked for a refund. I have contacted them SEVERAL times with NO response.

The customer service is terrible. Why would you send an email with tracking information when the item never in fact shipped? Then, 3 weeks later tell me it didn't and ask how I would like to handle it then IGNORE every correspondence?

If you'd like to maybe receive the product you ordered then be constantly ignored - choose this company.

I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt and received it 5 days later, with email updates along the whole shipping process. Took it out on the water the same day it showed up and couldn’t be happier. Unbelievable flex and effortless cast.
