The rod came with a very nice case and was already setup with a leader when I got it. I went out the first day I got it and caught a fish! Great purchase.

Rod snapped on the first fish guiding it into the net. Now the customer service stinks...they want me to pay to fix it

Only been able to use once so far, but cast great and was able to handle decent sized fish. Will be looking at other sizes from this brand in the future.

The folks at Wade Rod/Postfly are great. Even in these uncertain times they are diligently cranking out product. Unlike so many other companies, their website clearly shows when a product is not available and they will not take your money for something they can not immediately ship.

Im still waiting on my rod. It was to arrive today but when I view the tracking it still says its in NH..

Awesome company have received many products over the years amazing craftsmanship on the rod feels great rock solid yet very forgiving when casting and feeling strike would highly recc. Delivery was kinda touch and go took longer than expected but was ALWAYS updates in tracking BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE FLY ROD THANKS AGAIN!!!

Reasonably fast service . It arrived within a week . Haven't had a chance to try it out . Well balanced and looks of good quality. Will be try hopefully the last week of this month or the first week of September.

Great looking rod with excellent action. Can’t wait to get in the small waters with it.

Their customer service is outstanding. The issue is a lack of communication in their Warehouse and shipping. I was told my package had been shipped, a week later it had never left the warehouse so I emailed. This is when I found out the reel was delayed but they could send the rod. I told them I wouldn’t mind that and could use a spare reel I had so just go ahead and send the rod. About 2 weeks later and the rod never showed up so I email again. Apparently they thought they shipped it but it never left and now the rod was out of stock as well and it would be 2 weeks on top of the 3 weeks I’ve already waited. I understand things are hectic with the current situation but this was just downright disappointing.

The rod is great, absolutely love it and have been debating getting one for some time now. However, the customer support was horrible. I ordered the almost 3 weeks out and was going to use it on a big trip, but got an email from an employee at Wade Co informing me that the rod was out of stock several days after the order was made. I understand COVID is making stuff slower but that was slow, then I was offered to try a different rod or cancel mine, but nobody responded to my email for several days again, then I had to send a follow up email to get any response just to get a one sentence reply with no apologies at all. I expected better from Wade Co and now all I can say is that they offer good rods with horrible customer Service.
