The Wall Exchange Reviews

Very easy to order amd swift delivery. The panels look great as a full height headboard to the bed.

They were easy to cut to size and fit onto the wall as they come with all the black screws which are invisible once attached through the felt.

I have already had two friends say they want them now!

The waterproof all-walnut panel procured for our kitchen boasts a sleek and impressive finish. It exhibits remarkable quality and proved to be effortlessly installed. The Wall Exchange website offers a convenient platform to acquire all essential accessories, complemented by its user-friendly interface. The exemplary customer service, notably the assistance provided by Conner throughout the ordering process, merits special acknowledgment. Thank you.

I am extremely pleased with the natural oak panels I purchased from The Wall Exchange. We chose the black felt option to use on the main wall behind our TV. The three-sided veneer sets these panels miles ahead of their competitors, giving them an incredibly beautiful finish. Additionally, the customer service provided by The Wall Exchange is exceptional. They were quick, efficient, and paid great attention to detail about their products. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thank you, The Wall Exchange!

I’m thrilled with the work undertaken in fitting my wall panels. The attention to detail was nothing short of exceptional and the quality of workmanship unsurpassed by any contractor I have used previously. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Fabulous company - customer service were really helpful in getting back on questions I had!

Love the Reeded panels I bought for my bedroom, exactly the look I was going for!

I ordered 12 timber wall panels from this company, panels where delivered within two days. The boxes the panels arrived in where damp bordering on wet.

When i opened the boxes i found 6 of the panels damaged, 4 of which i could cut off as the panels where too long, the other 2 where snapped completely around 4 inches up from the bottom.

On four other panels the last timber was 5mm lower than the rest of the panel which i have had to remove and reattach in the correct position. Another 2 panel had timbers that had not been stapled correctly and where coming off the panel( i stapled these back on)

The two panels which where snapped, where supposed to be delivered the following friday, i waited in all day and nothing arrived, no contact from the company telling me why, which meant my joiner who was fitting them will have to return for a second day costing me another £150.

After contacting the company about the failed delivered, i was promised it would be looked into and a new delivery date will be given. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK SINCE
