I order a smart tv online that was closer to my area. Yet they order a tv further away. And they didn't give proper dates knowing they're behind schedule. I will never again order online. I asked of I can pick up from the store and they brushed me off and said it's at other location. So they sold the tv I ordered closer to me to someone one else.

Partner went in just before 5pm, Friday 15 Dec@ Tokoroa The Warehouse. Bought goods he went in for & went to checkout, just to be told to go to the area where cellphones etc are sold. There was only that one cashier on. Suffice to say, partner left his goods in desk & walked out. Pretty useless that no manager was there either

If I could give a negative score I would. I was charged twice for the same item at Torpedo 7 (T7 is a Warehouse business) due to an error by a shop assistant and its paywave system on its EFTPOS terminals. The amount involved is large (for me). They agree that it was their error, but getting the money refunded has been a nightmare. I’ve phoned 6 times (with wait times over 20 minutes), emailed them 3 times, visited the store again. Each time I get apologies and excuses, and am told to just wait longer - with no end date. Ive contacted my bank who has now opened an investigation into Warehouse’s point of sale process. Warehouse Group deserves its falling share price… it’s got zero understanding of customer experience.

Ask where the eggs were they said round the corner looked no eggs asked two staff members no point asking in future if I can't find I'll walk

This is the most STEREOTYPE Warehouse in Auckland, they were so quick to judge me & my nieces for how we were dressed and then kept an eye on us from when we entered. We did an honest mistake an assumed that the tag in the container we were purchasing was the price cause if yous had microphones at the self-checkout you'll clearly hear my nieces trying to find the barcode and then assuming it was in the container and we weren't paying attention nor did we realize when we were scanning the items that the price was wrong, we went to the checkout first and the rude indian lady there wanted to ignore us, so we ended up at the self-checkout. Now they wanna send our pics to all the warehouses in Auckland with the report we tried to change the pay for the container for a cheaper price. Which makes zero sense because we always shop at The Warehouse Lunn Ave so why would we try scam or steal from there and why would I try anything like that wearing a t-shirt with in loving memory of my mother, that would put me and my entire family to shame! Check your cameras for this year and you'll see me and family usually come to shop there. The warehouse Lunn ave was good but after today I'm disgusted at them and they should check their workers, if they knew the price was wrong instead of standing there staring at us they should of came and told us straight away instead of wait until we were done to try embarrass us and try make us look like criminals when it was an HONEST MISTAKE. To make things easier instead of sending our pic around just ask for my name, addy and number and I'll give it, me and my nieces have nothing to hide. So if you're brown don't go there unless you're dressed in your Sunday best! They are quick to stereotype! If I could give no stars I would.

Not only did the staff member Chuck my stuff so it was all mushed up. Needed to use the app to get discount which you can't use if no internet or you then need to log in..all takes time when the check out girl is getting ansgty. Have you own bag sure now I do t need to do anything but can you hurry up I have the next customer half way through...then she forgot several things so she held me up and the next guy. NOT HAPPY!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. For anyone reading this I desperately urge you to never ever order anything online from the warehouse... They will take your money, scam you and you will never receive your product. I have trusted them more than enough to realize they are just scamming. My stuff never arrived and what did arrive blew to pieces before I even had the product set up. Massive marketing fail from a well known company... Please use my message as a lesson as I have delt with them enough to know we are all targets in there money making scheme. Thanks all 🙏

I gave a one star to be able to write a review. I went to buy small gifts at the Warehouse in Hillcrest. Fortunately, on my husband's request, we opened the Taverns Liquorice allsorts. To our dismay, we found inside shrunk, pale, twisted and bone-hard lollies that looked as if somebody else had tasted them before. They were covered with suspicious white spots that made me think it was also covered with mould, kept in a warehouse for years. Please take it off your shelves and not sell it to your customers.

Brought a bra on the 16/10/23.When I got home realise pickup the wrong size. Went to return them 17/10/23 less than 24 hours and advised no refund or exchange as it is underwear. I hadn't even taken them of the hanger and all tags still in them. This is unexceptable. I hadn't even tried it on. Couldn't even exchanged them.Regard less of their policy I still have that right to exchange or get a refund.She couldnt even take my word for it that I hadn't worn them, then had the cheek to say "oh well". So I just handed you a $25 profit. This will be a good one for fair go.

I brought my granddaughter a cell phone. It cracked within that week wasn't dropped or miss used Lana who is the Dannevirke manager looked into this for me and she kindly went out of her way to replace the phone. Very professional, understanding I highly recommend Lana as a excellent customer service manager Thank you once again.

Received my order today and out of everything there was one wrong item. I went via their chat online and within minutes everything was sorted. Being able to sort things then and there was key to customer service for me. Too many places are hiding behind apps and not being transparent, at least I can give a good thumbs to The Warehouse, they were on the case immediately!

Ordered a dog crate online which never arrived so I contacted head office.
Very sliw in replying, had to email several times getting progressively more grumpy. Two and a half months later & after being told my money would be refunded I AM STILL WAITING! 🤬🤬🤬

I am a regular visitor to the Te Awamutu Warehouse Branch .My gripe is the inability for staff to open up checkouts when queues begin to form .Pretty much on every occasion i have visited the store i am left waiting in a queue of between 2-5 customers .There is only ever one checkout open .The staff look over at us with a gormless look and simply get back to their private conversations .I know we are a pain to deal with because we interrupt the flow of your world .But what is the point of coming to your store if we can't get served .May i suggest ..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get Self Service Tills .Then you won't have to deal with our insignificant presence .Regards JEZ

The Warehouse in Oamaru service is very poor they treat people very badly. Looking at % of good workers there maybe 10% this is for every shift at this store. The workers there probably think they can treat people all they want because people/public/customers like myself have no other choice but shop there as it is the only Warehouse in the area, I believe maybe one day people will have enough of this kind a attitude and the behaviour. This is the worst Warehouse I ever got to go to.

Whenever you see signage in a business discussing not tolerating abuse you know for sure that the service itself is abusive or not customer friendly. Click and Collect Silverdale is one such service. Despite a product being ordered a couple of hours before coming to collect it and despite it being on the shelf in the store they refused to get it for me and told me I had to wait up to another 5 hours before collecting it. Apparently it is too much effort for them to spend 5 minutes to keep a customer happy. It means I have to wait at the shopping centre for potentially a long time because going home which is quite a distance. Zero for customer service, but 1 is the lowest I can give unfortunately. It does appear that Kmart is where people should shop. They are more customer focused.

I bought a TV on click and collect just to be told a day later that it's out of stock ! And it will take a few days to refund my money, pathetic service!!

After getting bad customer service in the mallet was such a pleasure to be helped by not only 1 but 3 amazing people in your store Their names are Chaska Liam and David Nothing was too hard for them Thankyou soo much guys you made my friends and my day

Ordered an item and paid for on line. A refund appeared in my bank account the next day.
Phoned Warehouse for an explanation. Their response was that a 3rd party was responsible for online delivery etc. and that they were probably out of stock.
Warehouse come on. You are still advertising this same product on line. If the on line arm of your company can't provide..either withdraw the item or at least contact me and explain whats happened.

What a horrible, nasty manager at the Warehouse Newmarket!! She has such an attitude and pulls her face when talking to customers. I will never ever visit this The Warehouse again! Thank you Chris for your unfriendly service. Can’t believe someone like this manages people.
