Excellent service
Excellent service - organised changing from hook to slider in harness on a Sun. FaceTimed to check I was happy. Went way above what was expected. Thanks Tim, I love the harness :)

Brilliant service!
I am very pleased that I ordered from this company. They worked 100%. I ordered a wetsuit and, unfortunately, the chosen model was not in stock. I was offered a new one for a very reasonable surcharge. They react quickly to requests, respond at the same day. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for water sport equipment! The guys will do everything possible to make you happy)

This was dispatched from our suppliers based in the UK on the next working day. This is because we have a live stock link with the Ozone UK warehouse, which mirrors the exact stock they have. We made the decision to show these products as “in stock” if they are available from the UK warehouse, as we felt that this would not affect the customer experience. However we are very aware that on this occasion it has. We really appreciate your views on this. As it leads us to evaluate if this is the most transparent/affective way to show this stock.
On this occasion, your order was dispatched via Royal Mail. This service does not offer tracking unfortunately. This is disappointing, as we try extremely hard to offer clear tracking and good communication on all orders. Therefore we really are sorry about this. We have raised this with our supplier to request that all orders are always sent out with our preferred courier service, which provides prompt delivery and full tracking.
Once again thank you for this review, we have taken your thoughts on board and implanted changes accordingly.

Really prompt delivery. Thank you. Could I suggest you send an email on confirmation of the order. Plus I registered onto their shop which said I would get a reduction on my first order but no reduction was made. Not a complaint just my thoughts.

Further to this, your code for your first order discount is also emailed to you and unfortunately seems to be lost in the same way as the order emails.
