I had read the reviews and although unsure they could all be true, they are! This is an amazing item, that has literally transformed our cockapoo and our lives - thank you just doesn't seem enough!
If you are looking at the website - dont delay buy it today! I should point out we are in no way connected to the company or have received any freebies, we are just very satisfied customers!

Around six months ago we took on another rescue dog, who is highly reactive to any noise and also displays separation anxiety when you do so much as walk out of the room. This can be managed over time however when you also work from home and have to go on a teams meeting, or pop out for a couple of hours it can be a bit much. That’s when we decided to buy a Bark Collar. It worked instantly and has massively improved the situation. I truly don’t believe that it causes the dog any further anxiety and she seems just as happy, if not happier because I’m not getting stressed! We have gradually used it less and less, and the barking has improved massively. I would highly recommend one of these. In addition I have been extremely impressed with the customer service I received, after we accidentally left the collar on the floor resulting in on of our other dogs chewing the strap. A quick call to the WoofWhisperer, and the chap on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to send me another one out, free of charge with next day delivery. I was very happy and extremely impressed. Thank you very much.

Our lockdown pup Toffee suffers from anxiety and would bark constantly while out on walks, especially when we would stop to talk to people, so bad that walks were becoming stressful for everyone. She would also bark manically when anyone knocked on the door. After using the collar I noticed a difference in the first hour of her wearing it. It’s day 5 now and her barking has decreased by about 90%. She is calmer, we are calmer and we couldn’t be happier.

This is a wonderful product and has made such a difference to my life and my Jack Russell's. It is a much more peaceful household. Even without the collar now he hardly barks and is a much less anxious dog. A very well made product of high quality. An ingenious invention. Well done!

I recently received my Woof Whisperer and a lovely treat tin which was a gift. I’m thrilled with the anti bark collar. Very simple to set up and easy instructions to follow. It’s working brilliantly and has pretty much stopped my dog from barking. It’s early days as I have only had it 2 days but it’s a miracle! Richard has been very helpful and the communication has been excellent. I can only highly recommended this company. Many thanks. 🙏

I purchased this for my 6 month old jackchi,as she would bark at a pin dropping! when this collar is on her she will give a couple barks but it soon stops her in her tracks, she doesnt like the vibration, so its working well for her, hopefully wont have to use it soon.. after service from richard was excellent my pup had managed to lose the rubbers so richard sent me some more out, free of charge😀 my advice if u have a yappy dog, then buy this..

Our neighbours alerted us that our labradoodle was HOWLING in our absence!! And she always went a bit crazy when the postie or other delivery person came to the door.
I saw the WoofWhisperer after doing a Google search about how to help reduce howling.
The info did not explicitly mention howling. I emailed, and was assured that the device would work — and a training plan was included.

Amazingly, after following the instructions, the barking much improved almost immediately. And the howling has stopped too - inside a week! Our neighbours are very happy too.
Her general disposition is calmer.
I have no hesitation in recommending the WoofWhisperer.

Fantastic product - the woof whisperer really works and my puppy doesn't get at all distressed wearing it, it seems to calm him down. Fantastic customer service too.

NOT EFFECTIVE ON OUR THICK-COATED GOLDEN RETRIEVER

I purchased the Woof Whisperer as I was looking after my son's Golden Retriever while he was away from home on a personal matter. The dog is used to living in a detached house and I am in a flat and I was concerned his barking would annoy my neighbours.

The Whisperer does not work on his thick coat and I was not willing to shave my son's dog. I tried to return the product but, because of things I was dealing with, I accept that I did exceed the 30 days return limit which was explained in a response from the company. I then wrote back explaining that there were significant personal reasons why I had not responded within the time limit, but have not received any further communication.

I am really disappointed that the Woof Whisperer has adopted such an inflexible approach. It would appear that lots of customers have had positive results with the Woof Whisperer, but I cannot recommend this product especially to owners of dogs with thicker coats. Very rarely do I write negative reviews for products, but on this occasion I feel potential customers need to be aware of the limitations of the product and its money back guarantee.

Oh wow! Having inherited my mother-in-law's 10 year old Maltese terrier who barked incessantly, I was in despair. I really worried that despite my promises to her, I wouldn't be able to keep the dog as I couldn't bear the noise. Then I found Woof Whisperer and thought ANYTHING was worth a try. I have a new dog!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Within 24 hours she had ceased the constant barking and, as I associate the command to the action, I am sure that our lives together will now be able to continue amicably. Anyone in despair - all is not lost, try this!

Great customer service. I placed an order which I unfortunately had to cancel the next day… Richard responded to my cancellation email very quickly and I received a full refund within a couple of days.

We have tried everything with our rescued Yorkshire terrier/cross who is very hyper with barking problems. He barks in the house, when he's put in the car, and anything that moves when out on his walks, we decided to purchase the woof whisperer collar as a last resort, and was surprised at the difference in our dog after the first week!! He has stop barking when in the car, and dropped by 80% when walking past people on his walks and still improving, because he is so hyperactive he somehow managed to lose the silicone caps, I emailed Richard with the intention of purchasing new ones
Richard emailed back that he would pop some in the post for free, and they arrived within a few days, Thank you Richard for a first class service which I highly recommend!!!

Richard was extremely helpful, answering our emails promptly. Sadly the collars didn’t fit our dogs who must have particularly skinny necks. A full refund was given as soon as the collars were received back. Excellent customer service, thank you

Fantastic customer service!! Answered emails straight away and was very helpful!! The collar is amazing!! It started working on my little dog straight away!! I am using the beep method with just a short vibration. After trying everything else, I am over the moon that this one works!! Thank you 😊

Excellent customer service , and guidance for training during correspondence.No quibble refund.Will most likely retrial the gadget at a future date as return only made due to us not being able to commit fully to the opportunity to trial it within the 30 days.The very favourable reviews are encouraging showing perseverence pays positive results.

I have two dogs and there barking at everyone that walked passed really annoyed me. I purchased Woof whisperer and attached to one of my dogs. Within a few hours the barking reduced by half. Swapped the unit to the other dog and barking has reduced 90%. I purchased another unit, so both dogs wear them now. The neighbours and I have peace. Can’t believe it

Both myself and my friend bought this for our noisy cockapoos. We’ve both had great success reducing the barking to about 1% of what it was. Our dog enjoys having the collar on as she knows she gets treats and is recommend!!

Our cocker spaniel was becoming a nuisance for neighbours with his constant barking and getting himself wound up in the process.
We turned to this as training wasn’t being productive as we couldn’t always be in the garden with him.
We put it on the lowest vibrate only setting and off he went. The first time he looked a bit bemused, but he stopped straight away at which time I gave lots of praise and a treat, same for a couple of times, then he moved to just coming to me for a treat and praise. Took the collar off after 2 hours at which point he just stood and looked at things he’d normally bark at.
I can completely see why it’s referred to as a training aid, I didn’t like the idea of a collar like this permanently.
Has not been on since and we have a reformed dog. He might give a single bark and them just settles, but overall he is so much calmer as he doesn’t feel the need to chase up and down the garden.

Our dog Archie was barking constantly at anything that moved. The training collar has been brilliant at stopping this and he absolutely loves the calming treats. Brilliant service and quick delivery too.

I bought two collars for my dogs and what a difference! One dog got it within 10 minutes... it was so successful I gave his collar to a friend of mine for her dog (who also loves it and has had great success). My second dog... well he is different, and has been wearing it a while now and it's made a massive difference. Unfortuately, the collar stopped working and despite changing the battery it wouldn't go again (by this time he'd realised that there was no beep when he barked.. too clever for his own good). Anyway, I contacted the company and received a brand new replacement collar in a couple of days. Excellent customer service and a successful product. Peace has been restored! Thank you
