Theyorkshireprintcompany Reviews

Lovely pictures, well packaged
Customer service lacking, no response to emails
No tracking service

Ordered a couple of prints from this company. They were very reasonably priced, arrived quickly in well protected packaging. The prints are great but unfortunately one was wrong. I emailed them letting them know and received a reply from them the following day. A couple of days later the new print was with me! Nothing but praise from me, great product and great customer service.

As a southerner living in Leeds, I bought the Darn Sarff print. Very good quality, great colour, very funny. And what a wonderful company - they very generously donated two prints for the Dogs Trust Leeds Christmas raffle! The Yorkshire Dogs Chart and the Yorkshire Periodic Table - both are brilliant, Thank You Yorkshire Print Company!

Kindly Donated a couple of Sheffield Wednesday prints towards my 13 year old daughter’s efforts for Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity. My daughter got the players to sign a border of a frame. The print and frame look absolutely amazing!! These will definitely bring in much needed funds for the charity. TY 💛💙🦉

My daughter's boyfriend loved the personalised Sheff-opoly print, and The Yorkshire Print Company went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered by priority delivery so we had it in time for our visit for his birthday. Thank you!

What a lovely company- supporting my son’s money raising event. Cant wait to see what’s sent through the post from this Yorkshire born and bred company. Reet sound- thanks again.

Superb quality! Great quirky prints.
Came well packaged, so no crinkles or creases.
Lovely company to deal with - thank you.

Kindly donated a couple of prints as a raffle prize. They arrived quickly and look amazing - thank you so much!

Beautiful quality SWFC prints, beautifully made and arrived in excellent packaging. Incredible service with very fast delivery.
Highly recommended!!

Very friendly, helpful and empathetic staff.
Following purchasing some prints myself, I emailed to see if they would be kind enough to make a donation for our raffle for AMC. They very kindly obliged, which is greatly appreciated! It gets harder each year to obtain raffle prizes/donations, so it was refreshing to receive such generosity. Thanks again!

So easy to order.Great choice ! Bought as wedding present for my God daughter and her new husband as they recently moved from down south to Yorkshire.
Quick delivery. Fantastic quality and loved it ! Would recommend to others.

UPDATE (27/04/26)

After my initial Trustpilot review was posted the company made contact again to ask how they could resolve the problem; and they have now offered a full refund for the print and said they will review the transparency of their reviewing processes on their own website (which I hope they genuinely do). While it is disappointing that a more satisfactory resolution was only presented after raising the issue in this public forum, I do at least appreciate the company made this further effort (and I have raised my previous score of 1 star to 2 stars in recognition).

Initial review;
Very disappointing. I ordered a print of York pub names, and when it turned up a number of the pub names were misspelled. I requested a refund and the company immediately responded to apologise and say a refund would be processed. I gave a 2 star review on their website (giving 2 rather than 1 because of the speed of their response). I then found out that I was not receiving a full refund (the print cost £20.25 but they only refunded me £16.30 processed as the print price minus £3.95 postage. My initial order had included another item too -
a picture frame - and so had qualified for free postage). I queried this and got no response. So I amended my review on their website, awarding a 1 star and saying that they had processed the refund quickly but not for the full amount. A few days later I noticed they had removed my review of the York pubs print from their website, so at the time of writing this there are currently only 5 star reviews appearing for that item!

I have nothing good to say about this company. Before ordering I asked if they could post to Australia, which they said they could. So I ordered the items to be sent to my brother in Perth, Australia for his 60th Birthday, doing so in plenty of time to make sure it arrived on or before the day. After a coule of weeks I chased it up requesting tracking information, only to be told that the items were on their way back to them with no explanation given as to why. I was now in the position of having to have them sent to me so I could organise postage myself, more time wasted. The items arrived but not after having been sent to the wrong address. Fortunately the address they were sent to knew us and brought them round. A complete shambles from start to finish. Personally I would never use them again.

Just received my free print -
