My daughters have had two sets of walkie talkies from The Zoofamily and both sets stopped working after a few hours of usage. Very disappointed!

I had some initial doubts about buying a Zoo Family camera after reading a few mixed Trustpilot reviews. However, seeing their high ratings on Google and Judge.me made me feel much more comfortable moving forward.

We ended up purchasing two cameras and a light: the Dino Print camera, the Unicorn Urban Zoo camera, and the matching Unicorn Zoo Light. All the products have a high-quality feel and work perfectly!

My overall experience has been great, so I’d definitely recommend looking past the older reviews. Even when we had a specific question about the Print camera, their customer service team replied within four hours.

Pro tip: The Print camera does come with paper rolls included, but I’d suggest buying an extra pack right away so the fun doesn't have to stop!

Méga arnaque, la qualité des photos est improbable pour un produit acheté en 2025, une résolution digne d'une caméra de vidéosurveillance des années 90.
Le retour du produit est compliqué et cher voir impossible...
Vraiment déçue de devoir offrir ça à l'enfant auquel il était destiné.

Very poor experience. I ordered a camera for my son 2 weeks ago and never received it. I wrote 2 emails to the customer services which remain unanswered. Don't order on the website unless you want to waste your time and money!

L'appareil photo est une arnaque de masse. L'entreprise affiche des specs techniques hallucinantes et promet une qualité imbattable. Le résultat est digne d'une webcam vieille de 15 ans.
Voici la réponse de leur service client : "Urban Zoo est conçu pour les enfants, avec un capteur adapté à leur usage et à leur taille, ces caractéristiques sont orientées vers un produit de divertissement pour enfants".
En d'autres termes, pourquoi construire un produit de qualité s'il n'est destiné qu'à des enfants ? Un peu de pub mensongère et on vend ça 90 balles, ça passe !
Mon fils a pris une photo avec et l'a mis de côté en me disant "papa, ce n'est pas les bonnes couleurs sur la photo".
Finalement, cet appareil ne parvient même pas à tromper un enfant de 5 ans.

The pictures are of very poor quality, and not worth the money at all. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I bought a camera for my 7 year old son through TZF.
By all means a great camera for a child, with protective casing, fun layout and easy user handling. 10/10 according to junior. :)

But - what makes this TZF extraordinary is their customer support. After my son unfortunately lost his data transfer cable on day 1, I wrote TZF support - and after a few weeks came not just one, but two new cables!!!

Now THATs what I call zoofamily-care!

Would recommend any day, and will absolutely use them again!
