Absolutely first class I honestly could not recommend this enough fantastic service really nice people not painful and worked brilliantly

I was sceptical about booking an appointment because I didn’t know if the treatment would work but the results are fantastic! Worth every penny. The procedure has given me a newfound confidence and I wish I had done it years ago! Dr Luke is a true professional - so reassuring - he truly cares about his patients. He made me feel at ease as soon as the appointment began and explained everything so clearly.
I was also scared the treatment would be painful (especially in the nostrils) but it wasn’t (probably less painful than getting your eyebrows threaded!)
The phone consultations are also extremely useful as the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Having hated the way the veins looked for a decade I can’t believe they’re gone after a ten minute procedure!
To anyone on the fence I would encourage you to go for it.

From the first phone call to the ladies that booked my initial consultation to my last treatment, I cannot fault anyone. This is my 2nd visit. Last year I had a small patch if thread veins removed from my leg. I noticed some on my other leg and didn't hesitate to make another appointment. Very helpful staff made my appointment. The doctor explained the process very clearly. He was very informative and reassuring and the procedure was virtually painless and very quick. The result was, as previously, excellent, thanks.

I recently visited the Cambridge clinic for Veinwave treatment. I couldn’t speak any higher of Dr Roser, she made me feel so at ease throughout. After just the first session I noticed dramatic results, with my facial spider vein decreasing in size and redness. I am very excited to see the results after my second session.

I was apprehensive and also embarrassed about seeing Dr. Singh regarding the treatment that I had arranged to undergo. I must say that both emotions were completely unwarranted. Dr Singh made me feel totally at ease with his professional manner, his reassurance and friendliness. I would encourage anyone with thoughts of having any treatment not to hesitate! This has completely changed my life.

Thread vien treatment in both lower legs. Dr Kyle was very welcoming, friendly and explained clearly proceedure and expected results. Initially I was told possibly 3 or 4 treatments would be required. Proceedure was pretty painless , other than feeling a little nip or two when injected but certainly nothing that would put me off doing this again . I could see a difference after treatment one and after the second a pretty big difference . Just had my third and we have decided that three have been enough. Although I would have gone ahead with a further session I was very impressed that there was no push to just go ahead and have a fourth treatment which many clinics would have done where needed or not.I have the option to contact at a later date and go back if I feel I need more. The difference is fantastic and like many other reviews I wish I had done this a long time ago. All staff were pleasant and helpfull and I have already recommended Dr Newmans Clinic to a couple of people.

Helpful but not pushy people, able to share lots of information and followed up well. Very pleased with the overall results and I can now go make up free, which is fantastic.

Very good - Dr Broughton is very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in the treatment and what level of results to expect. My thread veins and the scarring from the treatment have almost disappeared completely (after a few months), but I have been made aware that new ones will appear at some point. I'm pleased with the results and highly recommend Dr Broughton.

Love how this came out. Don’t have to wear 3 layers of makeup just to hid my cheeks now. Confident to go out without makeup now.
Very professional input throughout, secretarial staff who called also professional and friendly. Would recommend if your thread veins are getting you down.

The end-to-end service was great throughout, from making the appointment to the aftercare support. Dr. Roser was great, very knowledgeable and addressed all my reservations, which put my mind at ease!

I had treatment at the Birmingham Clinic on 18th March 2023 for thread veins to my cheeks, nose & chin area and saw Dr Singh, who I have to say, was an extremely nice gentleman. He put me at ease, as I was a little nervous and the treatment is certainly bearable. However, I am disappointed with the outcome, as I did not have large areas of visible thread veins, but the ones I could see, I can still see! The treatment is quite expensive & this is the reason for my disappointment, as I had expected the small singular veins I had, to have disappeared. I will return for another treatment when I have enough money again, but if I do not see better results on the 2nd visit, I will opt for a different treatment elsewhere.

Just had my 3rd or 4th treatment (sorry I can’t remember) with Dr Marsh for thread veins on face. The latest session she has done, has made a big difference and I feel more confident going outdoors. There is still work to be done and I still need to were a bit of foundation but not as much at all. I have booked another appointment for June which I hope may be the last (not to bothered if it isn’t, what has to be done, has to be done). Up to now, I am very happy with the results I am seeing. Please be advised that you won’t see instant results, it takes time to see the benefits but it’s definitely worth the journey👍
