Made me feel very comfortable and gave me the reassurance I needed. Still a bit nervous about getting it done but knowing I’m in great hands has made feel more comfortable.

So far, so good. Really impressed by the level of care and support provided at the initial consultation. Various different options were explained to me, as well as the most suitable treatment being suggested for my needs. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Despite being billed as a procedure where you can resume normal activities the same day, may involve ‘some redness’ that usually settles ‘within a few days’ and supposedly protects the surrounding skin while treating the veins. I had my treatment 10 days ago - I still have diffuse redness all over my cheeks (i.e. the surrounding skin clearly was affected badly), and I have dark red/black pinprick spots along the path of the veins, all across my cheek and nose. Because of the redness, it’s impossible to tell whether the veins are even going to be any better if and when my skin eventually heals from this, but right now what I’ve got is significantly worse than the veins I had in the first place. I followed the aftercare meticulously and have been in touch with the team at Veincentre a few times to express concern and upset; they ignored my first email, and even my second only prompted a response a few days later, which was just ‘we’ll pass this on to one of our nurses’. They did call a couple of times in the first few days, but all they said was ‘sorry this has happened’ both times, and scheduled another call back for 10 days’ time.

Clearly this procedure works really well for lots of people, but I think it’s important that people know it can go wrong, and that you won’t receive any proper support if it does. I don’t know if or when this will heal, or whether I’m going to have permanent erythema, but I’ve been taking daily photos and since the initial swelling settled, I’ve seen zero improvement in over a week.

Well the initial booking sounded very good, but after a ten minute consultation for £250 pounds I was told that there was nothing the consultant could do, just to be told to go back to your GP I thought I'd been ripped off,then got make 3 phone calls to get a consultants report was very poor service.

Raj was very good well pleased with my results have just come back from holiday had shorts on all the time which ive not worn for a few years all the staff was very kind & helpfull would recomend

The reception area was a calm and relaxing space and the welcome friendly. My initial consultation addressed my concerns and the consultant, Dr.James Harding, inspired confidence through his consistent professionalism. The entire team maintained a sustained focus on my comfort and wellbeing. From beginning to end, this has been a positive experience.

I have had treatment for thread veins by Neelan Das, he is very professional and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I fully recommend him and his lovely nurse

I went to see if there could be anything done to get rid of my varicose veins. The ones I had were like knots especially on the side of my knee, but really stretching from the groin to nearly my ankle. I made my appointment and was seen by Dr Navin Mathias, he scanned my legs and answered every question I had and assured me he could help. I had EVLA and foam treatment the following week. I cannot express my delight that now I don't have sore, heavy bulging veins after the procedure. I also had a good many thread veins destroyed too. Navin and nurse Cathy were like a friendly and reassuring double act making the experience go past so quickly and hand on heart it was a near on painless experience ! I cannot praise them enough for the kindness and professionalism. I went back for my check up and again had my legs scanned and Navin was delighted with my outcome. It is now 10 weeks since I had this done, my legs are amazing. No more long trousers in the summer ;) There was a bit of bruising and hardness on the veins but Navin went out of his way to explain BEFORE and after the procedure that this would happen so no need to worry. I cannot recommend GLASGOW Vein Centre enough, I really wish I had went years ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. One last thing for anyone thinking about this, the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid there was no hidden or added extras. So a true 5***** company.

Really Could not ask for a better service, All the VC team were fantastic from the off, Polite manner of the booking lady on the phone to Mark & Debbie who Carried out my Procedure and Follow up Foam, i Felt at complete ease throughout the Experience which was a nice feeling as i'd debated it for a long time, Results are amazing, So If you are debating like i was, Just go for it as its worth every Penny

I received treatment at the VeinCentre Southampton by Dr Nigel Hacking. All the staff at the Clinic were very pleasant and the process, from the initial assessment to the actual treatment and the follow up session, was very straightforward.
After the 1st week, I did have some concern which was quickly dealt with through the call centre and physically checked by Anna Sharrock at the Clinic which greatly reassured me; that check was without cost. 7 weeks later, I had my follow up review during which Dr Hacking did a little more work on my leg and that’s it. I’m greatly relieved to have had the treatment and very happy to recommend the Vein Centre.
