I went to see if there could be anything done to get rid of my varicose veins. The ones I had were like knots especially on the side of my knee, but really stretching from the groin to nearly my ankle. I made my appointment and was seen by Dr Navin Mathias, he scanned my legs and answered every question I had and assured me he could help. I had EVLA and foam treatment the following week. I cannot express my delight that now I don't have sore, heavy bulging veins after the procedure. I also had a good many thread veins destroyed too. Navin and nurse Cathy were like a friendly and reassuring double act making the experience go past so quickly and hand on heart it was a near on painless experience ! I cannot praise them enough for the kindness and professionalism. I went back for my check up and again had my legs scanned and Navin was delighted with my outcome. It is now 10 weeks since I had this done, my legs are amazing. No more long trousers in the summer ;) There was a bit of bruising and hardness on the veins but Navin went out of his way to explain BEFORE and after the procedure that this would happen so no need to worry. I cannot recommend GLASGOW Vein Centre enough, I really wish I had went years ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. One last thing for anyone thinking about this, the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid there was no hidden or added extras. So a true 5***** company.

Had my consultation on February, first ELVA and foam treatment in March (it wasn’t excruciating but pretty sore then sore legs for a week or so after). Follow up appointment May and only foam needed as all veins are now closed. Over the moon with my results. Cannot recommend Suzi enough and both Cathy and Anne were so lovely reassuring and friendly. Thanks Vein Centre!

I am a regular patient in the Glasgow clinic for ongoing maintenance of my legs having undergone initial EVLA and sclerotherapy. My Consultant Navin Mathias is simply first class!!! The most incredible man and Consultant. I am never nervous or worried. All the nurses and reception staff are just wonderful people and I am always made so welcome. Do not hesitate to visit the clinic and get treatment! It has changed my life so much for the better.

The team, Navin Nathias and his nurse Anne were friendly and reassuring throughout my procedure. I couldn’t believe it was done so quickly. The result is amazing, no more ugly, bulging purple veins! I can now wear shorts on holiday. Thank you so much.

Great service and staff

From start to finish my whole experience was excellent all of the staff were warm caring and very professional which made me feel relaxed and at ease. I was welcomed by Cathy and Navin for my scan. The initial procedure was pain free and also relaxing as i almost fell asleep. I would highly recommend this procedure as from start to finish the efficiency and all the medical procedures were exceptional.

I had EVLA and foam sclerotherapy on both legs at the Glasgow clinic by Navin and his team. From the first consultation to the follow up appointment, it was a fantastic experience. I felt so well looked after, reassured, no pressure to do anything unless I was ready and sure. The procedure itself went smoothly and quickly, with plenty of chat and laughter!! The after care was equally amazing and I know I can call at any point if I have any questions/issues. I cannot believe the difference in how my legs look! They're is still some bruising which will take a while to go but they look so much better already. I would highly recommend, anyone thinking about getting it done, to at the very least talk to the team at Veincentre, especially if it's in there Glasgow area!! Thank you so much to Navin and his team!!

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. All staff are friendly and warm. Navin explained everything that was required and the procedure was very straightforward. I even managed to book concert tickets whilst Navin was conducting the procedure. That’s how easy it was. Also my legs are in far better shape now than before.

I have had both legs treated for Varicose Veins at Glasgow Vein Centre.
Navine who did procedure on both my leg, did a great job reassuring me when he was doing procedure (chatting and informing me of what was happening)
Nurses Amie, Natasha and Cathy made me feel relax and comfortable.
Procedure took 2hrs but passed quick.
Very happy with results and wished I had varicose veins treated years ago.
Would highly recommend.

I recently underwent EVLA and foam sclerotherapy for my varicose veins.
From start to finish, Anne and Navin were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which put me at ease. Their calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference. I felt confident that I was in safe hands throughout.
The procedure itself was much smoother than I expected, and the aftercare advice was clear and helpful. I’m already noticing an improvement, both physically and in my confidence.
I would recommend this treatment to anyone considering it, especially with such a caring and professional team. Thank you again to Anne and Navin for making the whole experience so positive.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very efficient and this made the experience less worrying for me (as I was quite nervous). The communication about my appointments which had to be changed was good.

I have just had a further thread vein treatment at the Glasgow Veincentre. My consultant Navin Mathias was his usual knowledgeable, professional and precise self! He quickly identified the troublesome veins and carefully marked out the ones he would tackle first. He again explained exactly what he was doing and reassured me as he was treating the veins. His nurse assistant, Fiona was equally professional and knowledgeable and kept me distracted while Mr Mathias performed the treatment. I have just removed the recommended support stockings and I’m delighted with these early results. I’m looking forward to summer and being able to wear clothes that show my legs! I would highly recommend VeinCentre and in particular Mr Mathias if you are thinking of having your leg veins treated.

My first visit to meet the team was calming and I was well received. Navin took me through entire procedure and left it with me to decide. No hassle, no sales pitch or pressure.
I immediately made appointment and procedure was no problem at all. I had both legs (top to bottom) treated with sclerotheraphy procedure and all I felt was odd nip, faultless treatment and both Fiona and Navin made me very relaxed n chatted away during procedure. 45 mins over in a flash and i walked back to work.
Second day into my stockined recovery and no issues.
Fiona, Navin and Glasgow Team are brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic group of people at the Glasgow clinic . Treatment was excellent. I had a varicose vein on my left leg which was unsightly and causing cramps . The whole procedure took less than an hour and the results were great . The main bulk of veins have completely gone, with a few hard ones left over which take approximately 6 - 8 months to disappear

Had sclerotherapy treatment for some spider /thread veins on my thigh and inside of one of my ankles plus a varicose vein on the back of my knee. The treatment cost £450. The treatment has not resolved my issues but only made them worse. I now have staining where the thread vein was on my thigh which looks like a constant bruise the thread vein on my ankle has not disappeared and there is little change to the varicose vein. I emailed VeinCentre but they wanted me to pay for further treatment which I was not prepared to do as I had seen no improvement. They advised they would have a manager contact me on their return from holiday that was 3 months ago I am still waiting. Would not recommend this treatment.

So far so good. On arrival I was made to feel very comfortable by Cathy the nurse, my consultation was done by Dr Navin Mathias, who explained the examination process to me in a clear precise manner, & also what treatments would be suitable for me. I have gone on to make an appointment to go ahead with a treatment plan, so fingers crossed it will make a difference.
