I was put at ease and everything was explained to me.

Dr Harding and his team in Stratford upon Avon were excellent. Appointments were communicated effectively via email, with reminders sent via text. Welcoming reception staff, friendly nursing team that made sure you were well looked after during the operation, and Dr Hardings skills are top notch. Thank you all.

Had my varicose vein treatment at the Leicester branch the staff are very friendly and helpful , Devaraj was very efficient along with John both very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease fantastic from start to finish would 100% recommend thank you .

I was able to see a consultant quite quickly as I just wanted to check that the veins in my legs were not the reason for the ankle swelling so had a scan.

I had a procedure in February. Staff were friendly and professional and I was told no further treatment would be needed. I then did not feel I was healing well and emailed to ask for advice. I was told to keep waiting. I emailed and called over the following weeks when there was still no improvement. I was asked to email in pictures which would be shown to the specialist and I would be contacted. I did send in images but was never contacted - I really had to push to get a follow up appointment.
I have had further treatment and will need more treatment. After 12 weeks my leg looks worse than it did before which is both disappointing and expensive. I would encourage anyone to be ready to advocate for themselves to get a follow up appointment if needed, budget to spend more than you think and make sure you do not throw away the stockings if you are told you won’t need another appointment as you will need to pay £60 for more!

Friendly warm professional staff lovely surroundings. Everything was explained clearly. Felt reassured and safe.

Waited 15 mins past app.time. I didn't mind that. Made an appointment for procedure which I was going to query as it was with a different consultant. They rang me to change it to the consultant I saw at appointment.

From first booking my appointment over the phone and arriving on the day everyone I spoke to was lovely and helpful.
Appointment was exactly on time , everything was explained and I was given a patient information pack , which tells you everything about the procedure
Pricing was clear and simple to understand

Absolutely fantastic service and treatment from the initial enquiries to my appointments and treatment. I was treated at the Lincoln clinic the receptionist ( sorry I can’t remember her name! ) she was professional, very friendly and welcoming. Greeted you warmly and offered drinks while I waited. My consultant was Mr Praeed he was amazing he explained everything fully to me and gave me time to ask questions. The nurse (I think his name was Michael! ) was also excellent. I am delighted with my treatment and I would highly recommend the vein centre. A big thankyou to the team at Lincoln.

Follow up appointment today, rescanned, given full explanation of next treatment plan. Further injections given, with after care advice.
The whole procedure to treat my varicose veins in both legs has been a positive experience, carried out by knowledgeable practitioners who put me totally at ease.

I visited the Vein Centre for an Ultrasound Duplex examination. I had been having problem for over 12 months with pain below my left knee which I though was coming from my knee. Neil Prasad performed the scan for me and showed me that the problem was infact a large vein down the back of my left leg and it's branches lower down my leg. He did a drawing to explain exactly what they could do to fix it and I am now just waiting to have my procedure. I would definately recommend Neil and his team.

I will give an honest review, because the outcome has been exceptional! Cost - Before you book, add ALL the costs up, 1st consultation through to follow up. Just be prepared because it is worth every penny but then no surprises! From consultation through to follow up, treatment/service has been excellent. After 1st treatment, in addition to the aftercare instructions, I took arnica, the bruises were expected, but oddly didn't hurt, whether they would have without arnica, I don't know, but personal choice. The only other advice I would give potential clients, is trust the process. I went in to it with an element of scepticism... my legs were BADand hurt! But the change is outstanding and the healing is still happening and outcome improves every week (3 months down) Many thanks to Dr Mark Regi, Tash and Nic from Sheffield clinic. Informative and friendly! Don't wait, people say 'I wish I'd done it sooner' and I concur. Do the costing and just get it done!

I am a regular patient in the Glasgow clinic for ongoing maintenance of my legs having undergone initial EVLA and sclerotherapy. My Consultant Navin Mathias is simply first class!!! The most incredible man and Consultant. I am never nervous or worried. All the nurses and reception staff are just wonderful people and I am always made so welcome. Do not hesitate to visit the clinic and get treatment! It has changed my life so much for the better.

Staff were really nice. I was nervous during tmt and they were very understanding and helpful. Seeing good results following the laser + foam injections but still a bit early to tell as my last injections were just over a month ago but the varicose veins have gone! Just got some skin staining on both legs which is slowly fading over time. So happy I got the treatment done.

Outstanding service from all at the vein centre. From start to finish very efficient, quick and painless procedure. Thanks to Kerri on the front desk, Mark and Debbie for making me feel so comfortable.
