Staff friendly and plesant

Very wellcomeing staff everything explained to me from start to finish very pleased with my appointment

Dr Kirshnan has been great. His explanation was very clear and thorough and he answered all my questions. He was very patient. The vascular laser procedure went smoothly and almost pain free. The follow up instructions were very clear. I then went on to have sclerotherapy which was pain free.

The nurses Jo and Mel were very kind, attentive ans helpful

My legs look great and I am very thankful

Had a great experience in the Knutsford branch of the vein centre ,
The staff are brilliant from the receptionist who is so lovely and friendly and she put my mind at ease when I was nervous about my procedure.
The procedure was great and the doctor and nurse were lovely and made me at ease and were very thorough and explained everything. My treatment was very successful and would highly recommend getting your legs done and don’t put it off , wish I had done it months ago .
I have recommended to family and friends .

All members of staff made me feel relaxed,I can see a big difference in the bulging veins,now smoothing out,big changes in the spider veins.I would recommend this company to anyone,all staff are kind and very professional.Im very pleased with the outcome

The location was great for me - just a 5 minute walk away. The receptionist was exceptional in both communication and general empathy and care.
I clearly explained in my initial consultation and scan that I was not having the procedure done for cosmetic reasons and for the reasons connected with my swollen ankle. I had tests with the GP to eliminate other possible causes before investing the considerable sum on the treatment.
The initial treatment went according to plan and I didn’t really have any issues post op.
The second treatment was also fine but I was aghast to see how many veins including spider veins remained. The procedure for the second treatment was considerably shorter.
As I was leaving the consultant said to return to have further procedures to remove further veins.
What they didn’t do in the initial treatment was tell me that because I had a considerable amount of veins there would need to be multiple procedures. I had to work that out for myself. They also charge you a consultation fee which each appointment on top of the vast amount of money already spent.
Another complaint is that I received a report following the follow up which stated that I had made “significant” progress. I had not made any progress at this point. I spoke to someone and they told me they would revise the report. Why this happened I do not know but it is not transparent.
I shall not be returning for any further treatment and feel very disappointed with what happened.
I must: however, add that the nurse who attended me during the procedures was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable.

I was very nervous at first about the procedure but I was put at ease straight away. Dr Krishnan talked me through the procedure which went very well and not at all as bad as I thought it was going to be, the results are fantastic and wish I’d had it done a lot sooner. Staff all reassuring

Amazing experience. Great customer care all the way through. Procedure very straightforward, not painful at all. Absolutely brilliant results my legs look like new! Dr Krishnann was explained everything really clearly, good written info too.

I recently had treatment on my legs for ugly varicose veins that I have had for a number of years. Dr Kristinam has been wonderful ,explaining the treatment and procedures for getting rid of the offending veins. I thank Dr Kristinam, Jo and Mel for looking after me during my treatment and restoring my confidence about wearing shorts again. I would highly recommend the vein centre. There follow up care is fantastic.

I have just finished my treatment for varicose veins with VeinCentre Knutsford. Dr Krishnan and his team were fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend them! Thanks for looking after me and even making me laugh when I was nervous.

Staff were very knowledgeable and explained procedures, which meant I was very confident in the practitioner. They were able to offer appointment times that suited me (even Saturday) which is important when you work full time. Procedure was painless and I was very at ease throughout, staff were professional but friendly.

I had my veins done at Knutsford. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish from the friendly welcome on reception to the last check up 8 weeks later. Dr Krishnan and Samira were extremely professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and the procedure was quick and straightforward. The only drawback is the stockings which made me itch however Samira had lots of tips to help with this.

The actual reception and consultation were very good, the only problem was that I couldn't find your facility on Bexton Road in Knutsford because there was no signage to be seen. So, although I arrived on Bexton road at 08:30, I was nearly late for my 09:15 appointment. I wandered around asking locals, but to no avail. Your Knutsford facility also had no customer phone number to call, so I had to call your head office to get directions. Anyway, I know where it is now for my next visit.
