Very helpful and cheerful staff.
Friendly and welcoming, offering coffee to my mum who accompanied me.
Nigel was quick to put me at my ease and fully explain the entire procedure and Jenny was helpful and kind.

My clinician Jonathan Nicholls was so informative. Everyone was extremely helpful. An absolutely brilliant team you have there.

From the moment I walked in for my consultation at the Nottinghamshire Vein Centre, there was a relaxed atmosphere and one of friendliness. This was enhanced by my consultation with Duncan Durry. A very satisfying experience that filled me with the confidence needed to go ahead with my treatment.

Everything was extremely well explained at all stages. From my initial consultation to my treatment options and follow up aftercare. Although it wasn't the cheapest procedure, I do feel it was worth the outlay and I am glad I decided to go ahead. It is now 4 months since my initial treatment and I am very pleased with the improvement in my veins and they are continuing to improve as time goes by.

Excellent they really know what they are doing l've spent thousands on Sclerotherapy over the years and got nothing but l'm really hopeful for good resultswith the treatment l am receiving here with the excellent after care advice as well

I had bad varicose veins in both legs, with skin changes and having had bleeding. I was really hesitant about getting them dealt with, particularly because as a doctor you have a different sort of insight in to the process. I looked at the online reviews and took the leap with VeinCentre. My experience was fantastic, from start to finish. In particular, Duncan the surgeon, who exuded quiet confidence and capability with a very easy manner. Plus the rest of the Nottingham clinic team were really lovely - from the receptionist to the fantastic nurse assisting. All highly professional and very good at putting you at ease. I’ve now had bilateral EVLA and sclerotherapy over two sessions and although it’s early days I can already see the results and the sense of heaviness in my legs has gone. Things couldn’t have gone better.

The team, Dr. Mark Regi, Mike and Sally made my experience a happy one. Sally us a reassuring presence, greeting you at the door with a smile. Dr Mark and Mike were very professional, but approachable. They explained every step clearly, and constantly checked you were OK.

I had a really great experience at the Vein Centre Canterbury. Nelan was fantastic throughout — professional, friendly and really put me at ease. The service from start to finish was excellent, and most importantly, my leg already feels so much better. I would highly recommend them.

From the very first visit the receptionist nurse and consultant were amazing. Very professional and friendly. After having the laser treatment all the aftercare was explained to me clearly, the results are amazing I even wore shorts to the gym last week I have never done that . I can recommend this company and this procedure highly. I am very happy with my treatment and results

Made to feel confident and comfortable with the intervention on my varicose veins. Treatment very effective.

Had my consultation on February, first ELVA and foam treatment in March (it wasn’t excruciating but pretty sore then sore legs for a week or so after). Follow up appointment May and only foam needed as all veins are now closed. Over the moon with my results. Cannot recommend Suzi enough and both Cathy and Anne were so lovely reassuring and friendly. Thanks Vein Centre!

The Customer/Patient care I have recieved at the Shrewsbury Vein Clinic, from my initial Consultation, Treatment and Follow up Appointment has been truly Excellent.
I could not of wished for any better Treatment throughout the whole processs and the Treatment outcome is more than I could of wished for.

Brilliant outcome
From first walking in I was treated with politeness and professionalism.
I was told explicitly what was to happen and how much it would cost.
After procedures were done aftercare was explained precisely.
Follow up appointment was quick and precise.
Dr Mark Regi, Hazel, Nic and all staff were exceptionally professional but had a sense of humour that put you instantly at ease.
All in all worth every penny to get legs that can be shown whilst on holiday ( in bathing costume or shorts ) or just shorter dresses/skirts.
