How this company can post bs about random companies baffles me

ThreeBestRated is a scam.
A top three decorator in my area, who was a former employee of mine, has to be the areas worst decorator.
The only experience he had of painting and decorating was his training with me, i quickly learned he was totally useless so i sacked him.
He later started up on his own where he advertised that he’s been in the profession for 18years. 5 months would’ve been more accurate as he had no prior experience before.
His reviews on google are from family and friends as I know them all,

I applied for my business to be featured in ThreeTopRated but was rejected. I am the busiest decorator in my town, have the biggest Facebook following on my business page and am recommended in my area more than most. The criteria is obviously flawed, to avoid being called arrogant I can prove these facts.

You should be ashamed of yourselves allowing him a platform to trade from. I know lots of people that have complained about him, we’ve put his work right, many times, as have other decorators I know.

We are a top rated business 2 years in a row, however we have never paid a penny to ThreeBestRated so I couldn't agree with some of whats said here, though I am considering it as a thanks to them for listing us.

We would like to think that our long standing family run business with a strong brand reputation and positive online reviews were the factor in us being awarded that accolade.

We just received an email to tell us that we had been awarded the top spot, which we really appreciated of course.

Came here to see other peoples reviews as I’m curious of the point of it and how they come to their conclusion.

I’ve been listed as one of the three best rated 3 years running and although they’ve asked if I’d like to donate once back in 2020.
I never have and have still remained listed for the following 3 years so wanted to clarify that I don’t think it’s a scam as others are suggesting.
Others have implied the people who make the biggest donations get listed but I can assure you that’s not the case as I’ve never donated a penny and wouldn’t as I believe a business should grow and get promoted organically through recommendations etc.

So again,not sure of the point but it’s nice to have been listed consistently so thank you 😊

Superb service for finding trusted people and great companies

A great way to let people know which businesses or organisations have passed numerous quality inspections.

My business was once listed as Three Best Rated, it was a brand new business then and we have since grown from strength to strength in customer reviews and satisfaction.

Shortly after being awarded Three Best Rated we received an email asking if we would like to send a ‘donation,’ we didn’t send a donation and haven’t been awarded Three Best Rated since. Even though our business is far better now than it was then, especially in customer feedback.

Melinda was so incredibly helpful, guiding me through any questions I had every step of the way. And so friendly too, felt like I was chatting to a friend! Thank you

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Not happy at all about being conned by their recommend company. I'm unclear how they get the "three beat rated" as those business are either shady or not nothing to even respond (likely all shady).
I got one response for mobile repair and I'm certain, whilst changing the battery, he swapped out the motherboard for a defective one (with a known issue in a small number of the models). And it was stated that the replacement battery is genuine OEM but is clearly isn't! So we paid for Genuine OEM replacement battery and fitting and got less capacity aftermarket and lost function of buttons for good measure. And had to get the one battery replaced again immediately after getting the phone back (which is when he accidentally emailed to say it was aftermarket, as he forgot his own lie).
The guy was full of lies and excuses, that don't marry up with the T&Cs on his website.
Complaint to ThreeBestRated with all details but just checked and he is still there, this now over 2 months later!!

ThreeBestRated are recommending Conman Companies. And they don't care, though their responses seem very polite.
If they don't care that I got conned, I cannot recommend anyone to trust their website!

I have been working very hard and for a long time now on my company 'Sol's Decorating'. Over the years I have built up an excellent reputation and the trust of our lovely customers .
We have been independently selected as one of the three best decorating companies in the Colchester area by this independent, honest, friendly and reliable company.
We feel very proud and happy for receiving this well deserved nomination. This was a very unexpected beautiful surprise for all of our team ,friends and family. I have never been asked to pay any money for this nomination or any advertisements,I have never even heard about this company before .
So, this is absolutely unexpected and very helpful .We really appreciate that they help and support our small local business which helps us bring even more good clients.

Poor company Recommend, seems they haven’t checked if the top rated actually provide a top rate service

This is fraud, they are scum people, no any support center, they don't know what they do, they are no in Wikipedia , they start to do fraud business in 2020, be away from them
