Absolute scam. Their website is no longer active, they don’t return emails and the phone number on my “receipt” is also dead. Paid $41 for a mask in February and I never received it or any correspondence about it. Am disputing the charge now.

I ordered a nebulight and never received it, I ordered it months ago and I sent them countless emails for updates and never got a reply. DONT ORDER FROM THUNDERSHOP!

I placed an order in the beginning of February, as of today over 11 weeks later I have received nothing from the company not even an email indicating that the product was delayed due to the pandemic. They didn't waste any time taking my money though. I have emailed them multiple times and tried to find a phone number. Their alleged address is an unmarked warehouse in California, Google indicates that there is a HVAC supplier there. I couldn't find an phone number to call them.

Horrible company. They charged my account and I never received my product. They do not reply to emails. I plan to dispute this charge.

ordered something over 120 days ago and have not received any update on tracking and production. Company says 4 to 6 weeks on shipping and i am coming up on 20 weeks. Completely terrible business. Won't provide an update on production or confirm my order. I have requested a refund as they are 100 days past their shipping time and they quit responding to emails.

Same problem. They took my money, but did not deliver the masks in nearly two months.
I should have read the reviews before I did business with them. The ad came as a popup in my local e-paper.

Never received merchandise ordered on February 25, 2020. No response to any emails. As noted by other reviewers, this appears to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

ONLINE THEFT RING! DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! Thunder shop is a total scam. I ordered 4 masks more than 6 weeks ago and they never sent them. There is no phone number and no response to my e-mail complaint. Don’t order from Thunder Shop! It’s an online theft ring! Buyer beware!!

This so call company don’t deserve a review. A big scam. Don’t purchase nothing from there.

Ordered product 2 months ago never received it No response to my emails or refund requests. Looks like I'm having same problem as many other this company may need a law suite against them Scaming people out of their money

It's a scam! I ordered a circular pet bed on 25 Feb, it posted on my credit card on 26 Feb 20. I've been unable to reach them, gotten no updates from them AND have not received the bed! Unable to dispute with my credit card due to COVID 19! I'm beyond frustrated! Do yourself a favor, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I placed an order back in February and the only response was an acknowledgment of the order and that is all. They claim to be in Los Angeles but feels like China.
I continue to email and they continue to ignore them! The website keeps claiming people are ordering things, more like people being scammed.
The order was placed well before the government clamped down on non-essential business so that can't be their excuse. They charge you even before shipping.
AVOID Them at all costs! Products are too good to be true. Facebook needs to remove their false ads!

Should be 0 star. I placed an order over one month ago for two N95 masks. I paid extra for expedited shipping and sent an order inquiry - still nothing from the vendor.

I ordered a nebulight over 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived, nor have they responded to 3 emails that I followed up with.
Be aware! I am calling my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered N95 facemasks they advertised on Facebook six weeks ago and paid them almost $50. I have received nothing, including answers to my emails asking where they are. Don't order anything from them!
