Great product and price - turnaround time from placing order to delivery was good and communication was good will order again we use a lot of tape as my daughter has a joint disfunction with her knee

I love my kinesiology tape & get it quite regularly. I was very disappointed it wasn't left at my door when requested, as its always been left. I had to go to the busy PO & it was in a Parcel Locker ? Which I didn't request either ..so much time wasted when I'm self employed. Thanks Suzanne

The product is great and the description matches what I received.

I was disappointed that it wasn't made clear that the product was out of stock and there would be a significant wait.

When I spoke with the company about this they really didn't seem to care.

I'd give them a 5 if they actually showed interest in caring for the inconvenience of having to wait 2 weeks more for their product and not offer the option of refund or express posting to speed up the delivery.

Fast delivery…. Easy to set up.
I am a patient with lymphoedema in my chest wall after cancer treatment. For the first time, I tried using this tape by myself; easy to apply, good quality…After seven days of daily showers, the tape is firmly in place, and my sensitive skin doesn’t react to it, though as a gardener, I have to do physical activities in the hot and sweaty summer of Otago.
I will reorder this tape for sure. Next time I hope the orange colour will be available 😊

The item was never sent, although I had paid long tine beforehand. After admitting they made a mistake they send it but I didnt get the item, as I was already at another hotel (I was travelling in Australia).
After reaching out, they sais they wouldnt even give me a refund.

First order was cancelled by company, I thought ok things happen, I ordered the face tape as I have Bels Palsy, I re ordered and paid and still waiting luckily my face is on the improve, more than I can say about the glacial pace hat this company operates and the even bigger slap in the face is I won’t even need the tape by the time I get it, the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Always responded quickly to emails with helpful and honest advice. The product was quick to deliver despite AusPost lack of tracking info (not caused by the business but AusPost), we have tried multiple tapes on sensitive skin and no reaction with CureTape inc on children and elderly skin.
