I've brought 3 pieces from you now, the website is easy to use, the turn around time is quite quick and the jewellery is beautiful. Unfortunately we got the size of ring wrong but the returns process was very easy and I quickly got a refund. Will be reordering in the correct size. Very pleased

Great product and service
It's tricky ordering online so I called the company to see what options I would have if the chain was not what i wanted. A very friendly and helpful person advised that an exchange wasn't a problem so I went ahead and ordered the product online. It came really quickly and I was very pleased with the chain. Craftsmenship and great customer service
The titanium chain that I purchased is really well made and feels really good to the touch. Sure it's a hight tech material and not a precious ketal but it still exudes a unique look.
Also, fantastic service from Lorraine, who got the item where it was intended! Tret experience, I'll be back!

Beautiful jewellery
I ordered a ring in a custom colour, and the staff at Ti2 were really helpful when I emailed them to ask about my options. I love all the items that I have ordered from this company over the last year or so. They are beautifully made and the colours are wonderful. And they don't irritate my skin, so they are a real pleasure to wear!
