responses and continues to post all
over social media DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE im sure they have different emails to and whatsapp Qr doesn't work.

Replied super quick before I ordered but then takes your money and you will not get your goods then ghosts you on all social media platforms.
All the while posting about her “aesthetic little business”. What a scam !!

Don't even think about ordering. They only want your money and don’t answer messages. You won’t get your product and won’t get your money back. I don’t understand how a bussines like this can still exist, very dissapointing.

Avoid buying from this shop!!! Please take these reviews seriously. I placed an order back in March, it was a 3 week pre order, it is now June and I have not received the order. I received an email a few weeks ago saying the order had been “dispatched” but I received no tracking emails, I don’t even know who the delivery company were. I have sent many emails, WhatsApp messages and private messages on instagram and not had one response. The customer service is shocking. 12 weeks later, no order and still out of pocket.

Ordered a cardigan back in April went in the shop to see why it hadn’t been sent come out with a load of excuses then said it had been but no tracking order still waiting and now shop has shut down don’t order from here u will not get it but they take ur money scammers

Not one for writing a review but I want to warn others to take these reviews seriously. This website is nothing but a scam. Being promoted by influencers that are clearly just being sent stock that no one else receives. I placed an “in stock” item order almost 3 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery. I have received nothing. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and also their social media platform in which they are very active on and have had no response. The customer service is shocking and I am now out of pocket as from what I can see from the previous reviews, no one is being sent their items they have paid for!! I wish I had seen this before making a purchase. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I ordered last November to get my little girls outfit in time for Christmas, I got the hair bows part of the outfit and nothing else. I contacted the business and said that they would send out another so that it could hopefully be delivered by Christmas. Doubt it was ever sent. I was promised a refund and then completely ghosted on every social media platform and over email. It is now May. No refund and no order. I’m certain this is a scam. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Seems like this is happening to everyone. Should be ashamed taking money off of parents trying to purchase cute “handmade” items for their babies and toddlers.

Ordered a bespoke cardigan on the 18th February it is now 11th May and received nothing. Money has been taken can not get any response from my messages. Asked now for a refund still waiting for any response. Do not order unless you want nothing in return for your money :(

Avoid this shop. Molly mae should know who she is promoting. Waited three months for an outfit I ordered (that wasn’t a custom piece) Customer service is disgraceful I went into the shop that was dodgy, barely anything on the rails! Because I only live down the road she was shocked! I even gave her the benefit of the doubt and it happened again! The cardigan ripped anyway on the seam of the arm! And she’s posting on instagram like she’s sending peoples items! Please save your money it’s a 50/50 chance you will receive your order.

Ms Bradshaw I looked her up is a thief stealing peoples money and not sending them their goods but posting on Instagram pretending to be a good business woman. living her life like normal. Disgusting. Zero replies to my emails what’s apps instagram yet she’s posting about shipping goods. The worst customer service please report her to ombudsman get her shut down do not use her. I’ve reported her I will not be treated like that my hard earned money and my baby girl. How dare she.

Avoid this business at all costs. I ordered in Oct 24 eventually received in Feb 25 it didnt fit so returned and re ordered a different item which again still hasnt been received. She doesnt answer any of her contacts ie email, insta etc. It is an appalling business

AVOID! Ordered a cardigan in January , was apparently ‘sent’ 7 weeks later yet tracking number provided never updated, showing a tracking number was just created and an item was never sent. Terrible customer service. Still waiting on my refund…

Please never order here. I placed an order in October 2024 which I still have not received to date. After months of sending emails and even contacting them via TikTok, they sent me an email March 14 that the amount would be refunded. To date, I still have not received anything. Very unfortunate.

Been waiting since September 2024 for my order. I was sent one item from my order but the other two have never been received!! I’ve emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back! It’s shocking what this company is doing and getting away with it! Will never order again.

Absolutely appalling!!!!! I pre ordered a Christmas jumper in august 2024 - still havent received it- after spamming their customer service and instagram i finally got to talk to a ‘human’ - promised an alternative item…. 3 months later… still waiting for that- then repeated the spam and promised a refund! STILL WAITING!!! Disgusting company and communication- beyond me how they sleep at night! Robbing tw*ts!!!!

Never order from this company. I wish I read these reviews first. It’s been over 2 months still have no received product. Customer service is a joke and extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. Do not give them your money.

Absolutely shocking!! Zero customer service skills. I have emailed and messaged numerous times and have gotten a reply to say they will be in touch to help me but they never have. My friend had the exact same experience with this company. I placed an order early January and still have no idea where my order is. I just want a refund now but still I’m getting nowhere with replies from them!!! Such a pity because they have beautiful stuff. They need to learn how to run a business properly!! If you cannot handle the traffic you get from celebs posting your products then hire more people or don’t run a business! I am so upset with them
