Great product and another tree planted 👍

My second purchase of loo rolls and went for the bundle that includes 6 kitchen rolls.

Having tried a few other bamboo toilet rolls, this one is considerably better, both softer and longer.
Delivery was very quick. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I would just like to say what a fantastic company this is, having made a complaint that was clearly NOT Tiboo’s fault, (I didn’t put my brain in gear first) Russell went above and beyond to put things right, even though they weren’t in the wrong and my order was correct. Thanks Tiboo 😊

a great product, even my wife likes it

Toilet rolls were ok, not very big but pretty. However the tissues really are not fit for purpose. Tiny 7” size and so thin. Definitely not good value for money. To be honest I’d rather pay more for a slightly thicker larger tissue. Completely useless if like me you need them to blow your nose when you have a cold. One tissue is inadequate to blow your nose. I had to use three or four at a time.

I find the feel of the sugarcane tissue gives me the heebyjeebees - it’s sort of silky in an odd way - but others in my household like this and think it’s thicker than a competitor also.

Having them delivered and larger rolls which are nice to handle.

Great products and reasonable pricing. I worried about all the plastic handwash bottles that I was putting into recycling. Easy to remedy with the Tiboo glass bottles and soap tabs

How can a disposable cloth be eco friendly? Won’t be buying again.

Easy to use website and quick delivery; good product.

Five stars for the product, its value and quality but the most recent delivery was marred by the external packing box failing during its journey to me. Half of the box top was open and one roll was missing.

It was also delivered on a rainy day by a driver who didn’t appear to give any thought to the fact that ground was wet and it therefore wouldn’t be a good idea to place the box on the floor.

Following a positive conversation with Tiboo the matter is now closed as far as I’m concerned.

The quality of the toilet roll is really good quality.

However, the delivery company, dhl, kept saying they would deliver, but then kept delaying it. Very poor service from them.

Half order delivered. Asked for help from Sam at Tiboo who said she'd get back to me as the delivery company said they had delivered already. Maybe the delivery persons family has a load of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets now?
Odd way to treat your customers not calling back
will not order again. Hoping they refund me the lost part of the order.
