Products are good quality and biodegradable
The spongy scourers are great and bigger and meatier than others I’ve bought. The packet of bamboo cleaning clothes at 50 for under £10, is brilliant. Also pleased with a mixed pack of loo rolls and kitchen rolls as the volume of each was much more manageable to store (smaller numbers).

Excellent products coupled with great service
The products are really good. I am impressed that they feel no different to those that are made from trees yet are genuinely sustainable and good for the planet. The items were delivered really quickly and was well-packaged. Good choice on the website and easy to navigate as well.

Good quality kitchen rolls, handsoap and dishwasher tablets
Good quality kitchen rolls, refillable handsoap and dishwasher tablets, very satisfied with the quality. Great customer service as well when my items did not arrive at the same time.
The reasons for minus 1 star were:
1. I've bulk ordered twice but both times the items did not arrive at the same time. The reason why I bulk buy was to reduce carbon footprint so I was hoping all my items would come at the same time.
2. 1 bottle of refillable handsoap doesn't last as long as faster the commercialised handsoap, which meant that I have to buy more.

Thanks for your feedback! In regard to number 2, commercialised hand soap is 90% water and 10% soap- our tablets are 100% soap and you use your own water. By using tablets you are reducing plastic consumption and your carbon footprint plus saving money!

Unnecessary plastic
It seems ridiculous to go to the trouble of creating unbleached, recycled tissues, and then undo all that good by inserting an entirely unnecessary plastic sheet into the aperture.
Edit: Tiboo have stated that they're moving away from the plastic inserts. It would be good to see that verified on the website.

Hi Juliette, our new stock is arriving without. These are sold with a slim recycled and recyclable plastic liner at the top to keep the bamboo tissues dry and hygienic. We aren't going to throw them away because of this- that would be a waste, simply pop the box into your recycling bin where it will be sorted after collection and recycled again to be something else.

We ordered the sugarcane toilet paper and it's an excellent product. Having tried competitors product the quality of this toilet paper seems to be the best in our opinion. It was easy to order and arrived quickly. It's so good that we've now subscribed, great job Tiboo!

So far I’m impressed with the products…
So far I’m impressed with the products eg foaming hand wash thick and cleans well.
There was a slight problem with my initial order which was rectified quickly and efficiently - great customer service provided.
Will almost definitely be returning to buy more when needed.
