Ticketebo’s representative, Xander Fish, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Clear and informative, he explained how everything about the platform worked and made contact with me at appropriately agreed times. The ticketing service itself is really easy to manage as a vendor and it saved us huge amounts of time where we’d previously used paper tickets. I’d highly recommend Ticketebo to anyone running any ticketed events.

We went to Online ticketing for our Community Bonfire , sold over 2000 tickets online , the process from advertising the Bonfire to scanning our customers in on the APP was very smooth and efficient , would recommend to anyone looking at online ticketing events

Absolutely brilliant organisation.

They make everything so easy - we organised a bonfire / fireworks display with around 2,000 attendees. The general comments were that it was the best one yet.

The platform app is so intuitive, fast, reliable and the team are always on hand to help and answer questions. Cannot speak highly enough of them - it took all the stress and time out of ticketing which we have previously done via paper - highly recommend and will use again as product of choice.

The team were incredible with helping to manage the ticket sales for our event. From the start of the journey, where information was collected about the event, to making tweaks along the way, all the way to the point of payment, the process was seamless and the team were very efficient. Our guests complimented the ease of booking if they used the online platform, and were impressed by the quality of the tickets used for entry. I couldn't recommend Ticketebo more to other event holders for their events!

Really helpful with everything from ideas to boost sales to clarity of charges and bookings. Would definitely recommend.

Choir and Band Concert at local Cathedral- Really easy to set up sales web site and pass out links to this for publicity. All purchases made with no issues. Checking in on the night with bar codes and readers on mobile phones all went well. Payout within a couple of days. About 200 attendees.

The team at Ticketebo were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable right from the start of the process. The app was easy to use and very helpful in understanding our client base. Looking forward to working with then next year

The whole process from start to finish is very easy. Ticketebo deal with any ticket issues or problems. James is very helpful with every thing. Funds are paid after the event in a timely manner. The app is very good and easy to use for gate staff and organisers. I also like the fee structure it is a transaction fee applied to the whole transaction not an admin fee applied to each ticket.

So simple and easy to use. James and Xander are super responsive and helpful. Thanks so much
