Incredible customer service. Response time was super fast and such a pleasure to work with.

It's the second time we use Ticketebo and I have nothing to complain. The fees are much lower, the costumer service is wonderful, the website and tickets are great. I've been recommended and now I'm recommending to friends.

The thought of having to manage one of our events booking system - all the admin, reconciliation of payments, sending tickets, chasing payments etc filled me with dread, until I came across Ticketebo. From the first email (which was quickly followed up by an extremely helpful and reassuring phone call from James), to the building of the ticket platform (thank you Xander for putting it together in record speed, and being so patient with all the changes we required) and the system going live, it was all so painless. All I had to do was fill in a form with all the event details, and next thing I know, a ticket system was ready for us to sell tickets! This means I was able to free up my time to manage the main event. Extremely happy with it, have already recommended to other people and will definitely use it again in the future. Incredible. Brilliant. Faultless! Our first foray into on-line ticketing was an amazing success thanks to Ticketebo. Despite being one of Ticketebo's smallest customers (250 ticket sales) we could not have been more pleased with the personal service from James and Xander, who were always readily available to talk to. Easy set up of our event. Easy viewing of sales through the app. Excellent reporting of all transactions and swift settlement after the event. Ticketebo offers great value for money and we could not recommend them highly enough. We will be back with them in the spring.

Excellent support from Ticketebo, the training video particularly useful as most of our gate team were first time volunteer users, some at the last minute.

We used this company for our annual fireworks event. They were very professional company making the process so simple from start to finish. Replied to any queries straight away and even helped on the night of our event sorting an issue within minutes. I would certainly recommend this company and will be using again for future events.

We use Ticketbo for our annual firework show in saltburn, this is ran by our non for profit group - Saltburn Cricket Club.
We found ticketbo in 2022, after the original organised sadly passed away and a handful of us volunteers found ourselves a bit lost in how to run a show.
In 2022 we had the idea of instead hoping people turned up and paid cash we would partner with ticketbo, to be able to provide ourselves with a view of how many are coming, a card paying route, prebook option and ease of use in the 21st century.
Our focal point was James, an absolute gentleman, realist and with a fountain of knowledge in the entertaining sector we found James a great asset to not only ourselves but ticketbo as a whole.
In 2022 we entertained 3,000 people an absolute record breaking event for ourselves which in the past only yielded 1,000 people, with the data you can see ticketbo is the main contributing factor to improving our attending numbers.
The payment for the event was in our account within 24 hours after the event, we had a couple people asking for refunds which was quickly arranged by ticketbo and then a nice debrief with James to see how we and ticketbo can improve for the following event.

In 2023, 2 days ago we held our biggest show yet, utilising ticketbo and their app to allow ease of scanning and creating a seamless entry point for our ticketed guests, we have now realised we entertained 4,200 people with around 3,000 being via the ticketbo route via our personal website.
Before the show James was in monthly contact during the summer, talking about trends for things such as ticket prices and ticket options, giving us some great advice, being completely versatile with our requirements and changes, sometimes at last minute ! (Sorry James).
Overall 2023 was another seamless year, with fantastic support from ticketbo as a company and James as an individual, they have really made our event and seamless 21st century event, to which something we as volunteers are hugely proud of and that ticketbo as a company should be proud of.

We can't thank ticketbo enough for everything they do for us, sometimes being on phone calls for 45 minutes to make sure we're all happy and on the same page.

If you're wanting to create a seamless ticketing event, ticketbo are the company to use, fairly priced, frankly under priced for the help, guidance and expertise shown by their employee's.

The whole process from start to finish was very simple and straightforward. As a new person to Ticketebo there was lots of help and guidance to set up the e-ticket and answer any questions. We had no problems scanning the tickets at the show and it was excellent to receive the funds on the next working day after the event. Highly recommend using Ticketebo.

It was explained to me fully what was involved in using this service. Every email was answered straight away. The app was easy to use and kept me informed of ticket sales. They put the money into my account when they said they was going to. The app made us look very professional at the venue. it took the stress out of selling tickets and was easy for customers to use.

Ticketebo makes the whole experience of sending out complimentary tickets to judges, trade stands and exhibitors so easy.
James was always at the end of an email, and answered any questions efficiently, and reissued lost tickets quickly.
This service has made running Peebles Agricultural Show so much more efficient.

From start to finish Ticketebo made everything simple and painless. I'd never done anything like this before so it was a steep learning curve but James made it so easy and was always on hand to help, even on a Sunday, the day of the event! I had spoken to a couple of other larger/more well known ticketing companies but with being a charity we were conscious of their relatively expensive costs compared to Ticketebo. We therefore decided to give Ticketebo a go and are so chose glad with did as they gave us a first class service at a lot cheaper price.
