Fantastic service and great company to deal with.
We are a small Agricultural based show in East Yorkshire and tried on-line ticketing for the first time in 2022 (our first show post covid) with an alternative supplier.
We transferred to Ticketebo to reduce costs (both organisers and client) and received fantastic support throughout.
James & Xander could not of been more helpful. Xander with the set up of the webpage and providing support to one of our ticket purchasers struggling with their browser security settings.
James in guidance and tips on marketing and using social media more effectively.
The company we employ as gate stewards were so impressed with the simplicity and ease of using the App on their phones for scanning tickets on the day they recommended using Ticketebo to their Rugby club clients.
Money for the event was transferred to our bank within two days of the event.
Reports of ticket sales are provided as a spreadsheet, simple but very effective.
We are only a small event and no doubt Ticketebo have the capacity to handle much bigger.
Absolutely no hesitation in using again for next years show.

As a volunteer organisation, we don't always have the time to do all the things needed to set up tech, but we always want to be getting value and assistance.
I contacted ticketebo after receiving a sales email from James, and since then it's been easy to work with them.
Our previous ticketing platform was absolutely fine, but at the same cost Ticketebo are delivering a slicker set up.

They're also very responsive, and I get answers very quickly.
Up to now I'm impressed.

Great experience and customer service from James

Sales exceeded our expectations for our fireworks event. Response times to set the event up and ongoing changes/questions to james were usually answered within an hour including evenings and saturdays. Reporting was comprehensive and no issues scanning tickets. Our Rotary club will be using again in 2023.

Great company to deal with from start to finish, personal service all the way.
This was our second year (40% growth) with Ticketebo and won't be our last, they also planted some trees (180) on our behalf to help us become carbon neutral.
