I found Ticketebo, by chance, when I was looking for a company to look after the ticket sales for the very first music event I was hoping to organise. I hadn't been too impressed with the first two companies that I'd telephoned and I was losing confidence in what to do. As a last resort, I sent a speculative message to Ticketebo via their website - having googled "ticketing platforms" or words to that effect on the net. About an hour after pressing the send button, I received a call from James Osmond. That was in June '21 and since that call from James, I've worked with Ticketebo on four events. I wouldn't go with anyone else. The company are fantastic, such great value for money, and the service they provide is expemplary. No job is too small for Ticketebo and the advice I have received from James has been invaluable. He's everything you want someone in his position to be. Totally trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly, highly professional, motivating, and the most effective communicator you could wish for - and he knows the business, inside out!! I look forward to working with James and Ticketebo for many years to come.

Absolutely delighted with the service we recieved. As a small local community run group we were given fantastic support throughout the process. We also had one allocated person to speak to throughout the full process which meant we knew exactly who to send any questions to. James got back to us so quickly (normally the same day if not the next!) and was more than happy to discuss things at more length over the phone. I would highly recommend this company and know that we at Dunlop Players will certainly be using this service again for future productions!

We used Ticketebo for the first time to sell tickets for our charity beer festival in 2021. The process was simple and James, their representative, never failed to answer his phone or return a call - always being able to assist if I needed it. This made such a pleasant experience rather than having to negotiate a series of 'press 1 for ...., press 2 for..... ' to get through. The system is simple, flexible and the commission charged is very competitive indeed compared to other providers. Our customers money was held by them until the event ended which suited us, although other options were available. We were paid the money due the day following the end of the festival and it was in our bank account within 24 hours. Whilst our customers paid the booking fees, because we were a charity Ticketebo also added an amount to our payout representing 10% of their fees taken which we felt was a nice touch and much appreciated. Can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them for our festival again.

Our members had been complaining about high, unexpected fees on tickets prices with the company we were originally with. We moved to Ticketebo and haven't looked back, excellent personal service, my messages and emails have been responded to very quickly even when it's been 6.30pm on a Saturday evening. We're now on our 3rd event with them and are extremely happy with the service, more importantly we have happy members!!

Brilliant service from James at ticketebo. Really happy how it all went from the first phone call to the last one. App is great and simple to use. So much cheaper than the other providers I was looking at. 5 stars +

We've had the best of experiences with Ticketebo. It has been a joy to work with James who has gone above and beyond what I would expect to help me with every detail of the process. Any time I've asked a question I've received a speedy response, and I really have been bowled over by the care and attention I've experienced at each step. Thank you Ticketebo! Personal service like this really makes you stand out from the crowd! We will definitely be in touch next time we run an event.

I had to email Ticketebo late Friday evening not expecting a reply until Monday. My problem was that I’d booked tickets for a drive in movie and couldn’t find them. Within minutes of my email being sent I received a reply from James. He was fantastic and in no time emailed over replacement tickets. Fantastic service would definitely recommend. Thanks so much

Not been this bowled over by customer service in a LONG time! Stupidly bought tickets for a drive in cinema event on the wrong day. Switching the tickets was handled quickly and easily and my refund was processed immediately - at 10.20pm on a Friday night!

I bought a ticket for a drive-in movie through Ticketebo. I lost my ticket just before it started, as you can imagine I got into a bit of a panic. I phoned the help desk and spoke to a really nice lady, straight away, she resent me my ticket and I got it within a few seconds.
It is really nice to be able to speak to a human being for a change. She was helpful, friendly and extremely efficient.

We have used Ticketebo for our Drive In movie events for our ticketing needs. Everything has been very straightforward and James at Ticketebo has been really helpful, discussing ideas and ways to help us sell tickets for our events.

Payment for our events was very quick, and customer service has been excellent. I Have also had very good feed back from our customers who directly contacted Ticketebo.

I would highly recommend.
