Lancashire Young Farmers have been using Ticketebo for 12 months now for all our ticketed events. They are great and very accommodating! James is always on hand to help out, make any changes or give any advice on the service! We would highly recommended this fantastic and super efficient service! The online ticket sales were faultless. Any problems that customers experienced, like tickets not arriving in their email inboxes, were dealt with within minutes.

They also ran the gates at our agricultural show. They visited prior to the Show to work out what we would need and how best to run it all. Then, on Showday, they arrived on time, despite a long drive and an early start. The staff were all enthusiastic, energetic and competent. They were unfailingly polite, helpful and good-natured with customers.

So glad we chose Ticketebo to look after the ticketing for our event. Great service and support. We will definitely use them again.

We are a nightclub and Ticketebo handle all our Tickets, from entry tickets to booth sales. They are excellent to deal with, there attention to detail is second to none, there customer service is second to none, and I would highly recommend these.

Payment for tickets sold is prompt , but if any tickets have to be refunded , we (the event organisers) get charged for the ticket fee .
On the whole though , a good service and the lowest ticket agents' fee I could find online .

Second time we have used Ticketebo who make the process very easy. Completion of just one form on our part leads to completion of the whole process from production of online ticketing page, through booking system going live to payment of proceeds of sale to us within a couple of days of the event. Reports available at every stage, email and telephone support readily available, and a brilliant app for use in the lead up to and at the event with all the facilities you would need. No negatives. Now our go-to ticketing service.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. My event didnt go as planned and James from Ticketebo was very easy to contact and very helpful when changing my tickets to suit the needs of my changing event structure. Updates were almost instant and I was relieved to feel supported when everything else about the event was so stressful, Ticketebo was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend their services. I was able to access all the information instantly and keep and eye on ticket sales and reports are sent immediately whenever I request through the app. I was paid out within hours of returning my bank details form. Excellent service and communication! This was the first time we had used e-ticketing and we were very impressed with how smoothly and efficiently Ticketebo managed the whole process - from initial set up to final payout. Any questions we had were promptly and expertly dealt with. The scanning process at the gates of our show went very smoothly, with no problems at all. The app was also very well set up and it was interesting to watch our ticket sales grow daily, especially on the last few days before our show. The reporting process from Ticketebo meant we could monitor the type of ticket sales as well as the volume of sales. Overall, we would highly recommend Ticketebo for any e-ticketing needs for shows or other events.

We wanted to move from a cash only payment system for entrance fees to our Annual Steam Rally, and to offer discounted ticket prices for advanced ticket sales as well as the ability to take card and cash payments for people turning up on the day. Absolutely fantastic service. It was so good I could hardly believe it! James helped at every step of the way and answered all my queries extremely promptly. The publicity material they produce as part of the service is excellent. The ticket scanning app works well and the sales reports and updates are so useful. The final payment is prompt - just within two working days of the event and the fees are reasonable and affordable for small organisations. All this and patrons get the option to plant a tree! We are using them again already! So much better than the very large American competitor. Thank you to all at Ticketebo UK!
