Ticketmaster New Zealand Reviews

Was a bit nervous when I saw there was a different way of downloading the tickets. But was easy. Hoped it was going to be easy once we got to the stadium. And it was. Loved the game.

It was a great show very professional .
Timing was good dancing incredible.
It helped if you knew the story which I did
Amazing costume's all up great entertainment .

Smooth operations..just adds to a good night out.

Genuinely horrific experience because there were people who only knew stick season in the queue with me and then he played Paul Revere on the night I wasn't there and it was just so stressful and my parents were stressed.

Excellent production and outstanding performances

My first time to NZCMA Entertainer of the Year and it was a bit of mixed feelings. Not knowing what to expect, however the contestants were exceptional. My thinking of country music appears to be 'old fashioned' as I was not a fan of many songs sung at these awards. A high percentage of potential young artists in the upcoming but singing songs for me, not sounding like country. New blood I suppose! People taking photos and videos with their phones in seats directly in front of us was disappointing as the glare and light from their phones was a distraction to the extent we ended up moving. And, people talking quite loud behind us during contestants' performances again we needed to move. Otherwise it appeared very well organised and attended.

Great staff, great atmosphere & gig. Staff were helpfull & went that extra mile! The town hall is a great venue, but not so great if you have mobility issues. There should be handrails by the stairs

An Unforgettable Night with Noah Kahan

An absolutely incredible concert! Noah Kahan was amazing live, with so much emotion, energy, and genuine connection with the crowd. Every song felt special, and the atmosphere was unforgettable. His vocals were beautiful, and the way he brought so much feeling to his music made the whole experience even more meaningful. A perfect mix of emotional moments, sing-alongs, and incredible energy. I would see him again in a heartbeat! ❤️

WHAT. A. NIGHT!!! 😭🔥 Jason Derulo was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I had the BEST time and honestly don’t think I could have asked for a better concert experience. The energy was insane from start to finish, and seeing him perform from the FRONT BARRICADE was a dream!!! 😭💜

Being right up at the front made it SO much more exciting — I was living my absolute best life! 😂🔥 The atmosphere, the music, the dancing, the production… EVERYTHING was amazing!

And I have to give a massive shoutout to the staff because they were genuinely so lovely! They were handing out water to me at the barricade so I didn’t have to give up my incredible front-standing spot. 🥹💧 Such a thoughtful thing to do, and I appreciated it SO much!

The only thing that could have made the experience even better would be having a way for people in the front standing/barricade area to use the bathroom without losing their spot. 😂 Once you’ve waited and managed to get that perfect spot, you definitely don’t want to risk leaving it!

Jason absolutely brought it — the performance was energetic, fun and completely unforgettable. I was singing, dancing and screaming my heart out the entire night! 😂🔥

Easily one of the BEST concert experiences I’ve ever had. Getting front barricade made it even more special, and I’m still not over it!!! 😭💜

10/10 — I would see Jason Derulo again in a heartbeat!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Agnes Obel concert was excellent. There was an issue when I arrived as the seat I was allocated had been physically removed to allow for wheel chair access. The team quickly went to work and allocated me a much better seat in a great location. Sound quality was great. The only negative was the supporting act as the music was not to my taste. Venue is excellent - spacious, and access and parking was easy. Food/drink options could be expanded. A great night out.

Reliable system to ensure your tickets are authentic and safe (but only so far as you do not lose your mobile!)

Easy booking process.
I'm now used to downloading tickets but clear instructions were provided.
Kept me informed and sent reminders.

I had my tickets saved in wallet to make it easier for entry however your scanner didn’t work then I was asked to log in and find tickets again for proof even though I had them in the wallet present . Wasted my time and energy looking for freaking email while logging in the app

The performance itself was fantastic, but unfortunately our seats were very disappointing.
A week before the performance, we received an email advising that there would be a restricted view of the stage from our seats. As the show was already sold out, there was no opportunity to change seats. We also weren’t offered any reduction in ticket price, despite the restricted view not being mentioned at the time of booking.
Given the stage setup, it seemed as though the staging could have been adjusted slightly to improve the view for those affected. It was disappointing to pay full price for tickets without being made aware of the restriction when purchasing them.

I couldn’t work out how to book a group booking with a mix of kids and adults so had to do over the phone. Then I needed to add a ticket but the system went into a whirl of doom when I went to pay. Then I tried again but the seat appeared booked so had to book seat next to it but it wasn’t actually booked. All very irritating

I attended with my husband, friend, daughter and two granddaughters they had a blast. The show was awesome and we were still talking about it the day after. The staff/ushers make us welcome; the free water was great as I am an asthmatic and the smoke briefly had me struggling for breath. But I was prepared, water and inhaler. Our sitting was awesome. Performers were great.
