From original event enquiry over a year ago, too obtaining an access card, and today helping with my
e-ticket glitch, ticketquater's Customer Service is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough.

Ticketquarter was so easy to use, when I ordered my tickets I accidentally typed my email wrong, so I emailed them and they got back to me with new tickets straight away, can’t thank them enough.

The people who emailed me were so helpful and sorted my problem out .

The gentleman I spoke to, super helpful and couldn't ask for anything better! Got me sorted out right there and then, wish other firms/companies etc were as efficient as he was👍

Emailed at 7pm on Good Friday for amending tickets due to a change of circumstances. Expected a hard no but got a reply in 3mins with everything sorted!

Had an issue with a typo in booking tickets customer service sorted it in no time even after a misunderstanding a couple of swiftly replied email and all was rectified had a great time Liverpool indoor fair was excellent too.

Highly recommend this company!!!!!
