Had an issue with a ticket for Liverpool comic con and I sent a late night email asking for it to be sorted. The issue was addressed and sorted within 12 hours. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service quick in replying and changing my tickets

I've had nothing but excellent customer service. Very pleased with how fast and efficient my problems have been resolved.

I keep forgetting my login details constantly and within a few minutes they sort it out for me and I get a reminder when a payment is due and when they take the payment I get an email confirming my payment. Very easy

I purchased 2 autograph tickets instead of photograph tickets, to my disappointment, but the team were SO quick at getting them exchanged for me. Really appreciate it!

I got wrong tickets for autograph but I needed photograph instead they were really helpful and the team sorted everything out swapped everything over very happy and fast response five star service*****

Got my comic-con Sunday tickets changed to Saturday with zero fuss and a very quick response, many thanks.

I had a query via email and this was responded to within the same morning, only about 2 hours off the top of my head.
My query did require me to phone TicketQuarter and my call was answered swiftly (no queue). I spoke with Jack who handled my query within a matter of minutes. He was friendly and efficient, which is something I have also experienced in the past when contacting TicketQuarter.

The operator was very helpful and was able to resolve my enquiry very quickly .

Had a mix up with the booking site and managed to book tickets for a completely wrong city. Called immediately, was asked by the cheerful chap on the phone to send an email with full details and they would see what they can do at Customer Services. After a couple of emails forward and backwards to verify and confirm preferences, the tickets were moved swiftly and confirmed at the right event. Can’t thank you enough.

Double booked ourselves with ticket purchase. Very quickly responded to email and subsequently changed to another date. Excellent service.

We visited the box office to change our seats and the attendant Jack was very helpful in doing so. This was after the customer service team recommended our course of action, they also were quick to reply and very helpful.

We were given tickets as a Christmas present and I had queries on the access to the venue. I sent an email to Customer Services, who answered the very next day. They told me what I needed to know and put my mind at rest. Great service

I emailed the contact & they were able to transfer the tickets to the correct night.
