I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The hold-all is good quality and lots of add ons. However, it did state next day delivery but once I’d ordered and paid the delivery was 10 days, sure enough, with a bit of patience, it arrived 9 days after ordering.. haven’t tried it out yet, but it sure does have the looks!

Quick delivery and an awesome board very sturdy.

I love this board! Just a few small things, like a option to make the paddle into a double paddle for kayaking with the seat and amount at the front for an action cam wouldn’t go a miss but she is beautiful and so easy to use! Got an Electric pump as getting it to 20 psi is tough on the shoulders.

Avoid this company with all cost

Ordered a paddleboard from Tidal Rave on June 29th. The website promised next day delivery and responses within 24 hours. Fast forward nearly a week: no board, no update, no actual customer support.

Tried calling several times over the space of a week and got a voicemail saying they’re “overwhelmed.” Emailed - no response. It’s been days. Still nothing.

I posted in my online SUP community and quickly realised I’m not the only one. Turns out a lot of people are in the same boat /money gone, no product, and being totally ignored. Some have waited over a month just to get a reply.

So I did some digging and found the owner’s name through Companies House. I messaged him directly, hoping he’d care. Big mistake. Instead of taking any accountability, he told me “life isn’t easy Katy’’ as if that justifies ghosting paying customers.

Then he reminded me that he’s the owner of the company and implied that I should basically be grateful he’s replying at all. “Don’t see Jeff Bezos doing that,” he said. Right- because Jeff Bezos also isn’t out here personally ruining people’s summer paddleboarding plans.

To top it off, he offered me a free lifejacket—which is adorable, considering I still don’t have the board I paid for. What am I meant to do, wear it while scrolling their broken promises?

Tidal Rave pretends to be a friendly, family-run brand that cares. In reality, it’s a chaotic drop-shipping operation that can’t handle its own marketing hype. Meanwhile, the owner’s off buying Lamborghinis while the rest of us are stuck chasing refunds and empty inboxes.

If you’re thinking of buying from Tidal Rave- don’t. You’re better off paddling on a door like it’s Titanic.

We have two of the Paddle boards now and both are loved by our family. The first one was a refurbished board and apart from a slight imperfection on the design/artwork its as good as a full price board. The second one is a Neon design and we have no complaints and they are used most weekends.
The customer service is excellent, I needed a new fin. I emailed them on a Thursday and Monday afternoon I have a new fin sat in my kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely no customer service AT ALL.

I have been waiting since 16th June for a response from Tidal Rave about a missing buddyclip and shoulder strap. Sent emails, automated response comes from HOTSNAP (which was the owners previous name for this business, presumably changed when they last ghosted customers and needed a fresh start) saying its being reviewed. Called the phone number of this "small, family run business" and its an automated message saying to email instead and they will get back to you in 48 hours. Its closer to 48 days now and no response. My friend actually messaged one of the owners on Insta and he said there were over 4000 emails that hadnt been read yet. As nothing has been restocked for months I reckon the company is a goner and everyone's money with it. Which sucks as I love my board. Just know when it goes wrong there is ZERO customer support.

I have sent emails to the company saying my board which isn't a year old is losing air from a seam. I tried to patch it up following the instructions and not using the board for two days to allow the patch to set. After using the board again the patch lifted and the glue just came away. You can't ring as it's an automated answer saying they are busy and to email which will be dealt within 48 hours. But I have done this twice but still no reply. You can't message on Facebook. I was genuinely happy with my board it has great graphics and matching assessories but customer service really lets this company down

I ordered a sup and an electric inflatable pump.
I received a waterproof speaker instead ,which is £ 20 cheaper and there is no customers service.
My emails have not been replied and no one answered the phone.
Terrible customer service!!
I want a refund! Awful company.Avoid!

I haven't yet received my board yet, so I can't review the actual product... Because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my board. And my emails / calls / Instagram / Facebook messages are ignored. Wish I never ordered through this rubbish company. What disgusting (lack) of customer service. I ordered this brand specifically as 'next day delivery' was promised. I wanted to use the board during this past week of good weather... Hahah - a week later and still no board. I would expect an apology and a refund for charging for a service (next day delivery) that you've failed to deliver!

Ordered 29 June 2025. Promised next-day delivery but still awaiting dispatch as of 3 July. I’ve messaged the support email daily with no reply, tried calling with no answer. Please respond with delivery update or refund immediately.

Purchased a whole set up Friday 27th July, they have advertised next day delivery and I’m now a week later still with no delivery. I Tried emailing on two occasions and got no response, also tried calling and all I got was an automated response saying you can’t contact them due to high volumes of calls so you can only make contact through email… when trying to contact their delivery team they’ve used I got zero response, however many messages saying they ‘can’t deliver items’ so disappointed as I’ve heard nothing but great reviews and was expecting to have this delivered in time before 6th July as I have a trip planned where I intended to take my order with me… by the sounds of it through social media channels I am not the only customer to be experiencing this as of recently…. They’re more than happy to email you adverts every five minutes to buy everything but can’t get back to any enquiries….

Great board, all the accessories. Just wished the electric pump was cheaper as it’s hard work pumping the board to the recommended psi.

Everything you need to know, used mine a couple of times now really stable and tracks in a straight line , bit of a effort to turn quickly , one thing I would recommend is electric pump as 20psi is a good old blow on hand pump.

I’ve been wanting a paddle board for some time and came across Tidal Rave. The first thing that caught my eye was the colourful designs and when I looked more into it, the complete package they do as standard for every board. On top of that the breakdown video of all the kit and how to use it is a massive help. Brilliant product and great advertising. Already want a second board for my partner.

Superb service and after sales care. Great prii oh ducts and value for money. I’ve don’t numerous long paddles (10k+) and the board has never let me down. Thoroughly recommend them!!

No reply to my emails for a refund of my life jacket that was incorrectly labeled . Sizing was advertised completely wrong online . Just want to send it back and emails are not being replied to nor is the phone being answered
