Bathrooms units not sealed, stain easily
Unit not sealed, stains easily, company doesn't bother you have an obvious article saying what sealing should be used, varnish instructions are for oil, not varnish.

We would like to clarify that, as stated on our website, all of our teak bathroom units are supplied untreated. Teak is a natural hardwood and must be finished with either an oil or varnish before use in a bathroom environment to protect it from water damage and staining.
To help customers make the best choice, we provide a list of suitable finishing products, along with the pros and cons of each option, and we are always happy to offer guidance if you are unsure which treatment is most appropriate for your space.
We understand how disappointing it can be when expectations aren’t fully met, and we would be more than happy to assist you further to ensure you get the best finish and long-lasting result from your unit. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can help.

Defective vanity after 1 week
We’re really disappointed. Our vanity started chipping after just one week of normal use. Your team has acknowledged this is a defect. We asked for a full refund to cover the cost of having a professional grind/re-oil the unit (or, alternatively, for you to send a contractor to repair it). Instead, we were told the only options are a £75 partial refund or to return the product despite it already being installed and that you have no UK presence to arrange a repair.
£75 does not come close to the labour costs we now face, and asking us to uninstall and return an installed, defective item without covering those costs feels unreasonable. We expected either a proper repair arranged by you or a full refund that reflects the actual remediation required.
Please reach out urgently to resolve this fairly either by arranging a repair with a qualified contractor or providing a full refund that covers reasonable labour. We’re happy to share photos and all correspondence to help you sort this quickly.

Different solutions have been offered in line with our internal policy. Unfortunately, Tikamoon is unable to cover additional costs such as plumber or labour fees. A return with a full refund, or a replacement, has been offered but declined.

Lovely furniture
Lovely furniture but unsuitable for the space I had. The return was accepted with no quibbles and the process was made very easy. Ornella emailed me to tell me the return had been received and my refund would be with me soon. Great customer service and because of this I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Tikamoon again.

High quality furniture, high quality company
Really high quality beautiful furniture.
After-sales care was also top notch, a mirror arrived broken. After one email they dispatched a replacement and sent through a returns label to help me dispose of the broken one.

I have had a table for a few months and…
I have had a table for a few months and it is excellent quality. I needed to check the exact table leg sizes whilst not being at home and contacted the company and the had a prompt response from Ornella with detailed drawings! Great product, quality and service!

I ordered a coffe table which was…
I ordered a coffe table which was beautiful! Sadly after a few weeks I noticed there was a problem and the wood was splitting slightly at the corners. Tikamoon were so helpful and organised a return/full refund straight away. I would definitely recommend as the furniture is really beautiful and the customer service excellent.

Help with fittings dimensions
My wife placed an order for the very elegant Easy vanity unit and lavastone basin, as a feature for our new en suite. The product comes without taps and drainage and we couldn't find any size guides for the tap and drain holes on the otherwise very detailed dimensional drawings.
After sending an email requesting sizes, the very helpful Munro sent back each sizing we would need and a set of more detailed and highlighted drawings for us.
Munro's response was quick, polite and thorough. Exactly the kind of customer service needed from a company.

VERY POOR SERVICE
I am sad to say I have had a very poor service from Tikamoon. I have paid £721 for a garden bench and chairs and within a few weeks, all items are rusting on every single join. These items were listed at the time of purchase as for 'outdoor use'. Unfortunately despite multiple apologies and sincere condolences, the customer service team have only managed to offer 13% compensation on the goods or for me to pack up the items myself (at my time and expense) and return the items. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING GABY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Delivery and customer service appalling
Customer service is completely useless and when they damage your item they tell you just to wait 10 days at a time unless you want a refund having wasted time already. You are better off using literally anyone else.
