Buenas experiencia aunque se tarda como dos meses en recibir el encargo,en mi caso fue una mesita de centro.El producto ha llegado bien y de calidad .

The coffee table is beautiful and is solid wood all pluses. It arrived on time but was listed on the site as assembled, but it was flat-packed. Another note: this table comes unfinished, so you will need to apply the finish of your choice. Also, during manufacturing, they did not countersink some of the holes properly, so I needed to bring out my power drill and countersink them to screw in 2 of the legs.

El artículo adquirido es bonito y de calidad. Supongo que debido al transporte llegó con algún defecto, pero el vendedor ha respondido de forma satisfactoria y ha compensado correctamente. Han sido serios y responsables.

El producto llegó en muy buen estado y bien protegido. El único problema es que llegó después de la fecha que debía llegar.

Tuve un problema con un lavabo que estaba defectuoso y no se hacen cargo de nada, aun estando en garantía. mal servicio postventa

3ª opinión: uno de los 2 bultos, un baúl pequeño, ha llegado con una fisura en la madera, o sea en mal estado. He escrito a Tikamoon España via email y nadie me ha dado una respuesta inmediata. POR FAVOR QUIERO QUE ME DEVOLVAIS EL DINERO DEL CHIFONIER DE 4 CAJONES QUE NO ME HABEIS ENVIADO Y SI HE PAGADO. YA NO LO QUIERO. VENIR A RECOJER EL ESTANTE QUE ME HABEIS ENTREGADO Y YO NO HE COMPRADO. Y ABONARME EL MIUEBLE DEFECTUOSO Y LLEVAROS LO. QUE ALGUIEN ME LLAME PARA RESOLVER ESTA SITUACIÓN.QUE DECEPCIÓN!! 2on opinion: Hoy he recibido el pedido en casa mal, me entregan 1 bulto que yo no he comprado, y el Chifonier de 4 cajones no ha llegado. Los otros 2 bultos son correctos. Decepcionante. Estoy esperando respuesta de Tikamoon del error.
For now, I have to say that the delivery service has been terrible. I placed order 4034860-WEB-1 on June 11th and still haven't received despite being notified several times of scheduled delivery dates. I’ve received three delivery notifications on different days—and adjusted my schedule to stay home for them—yet nothing has arrived. They call me, we agree on a delivery time, and I still don't get anything. Then I get another WhatsApp message saying the order couldn't be delivered. No one tells me what is going on. I can't keep staying home for days on end; I work away from home and need to plan my schedule. For all these reasons, I rate the delivery service to Spain as poor. It is unlikely I will shop at Tikamoon again.

Pagué el extra para que la dejaran colocada y sin embalaje pero no lo hicieron. Fecha aproximada, no recuerdo qué día fue.

I didn’t have/ having a good experience with Emily chest that I ordered. First of all the order took a long time to arrive. When it finally I noticed that the wood trim was coming apart at the top of the chest. And when I unpacked the chest, I decided to return that chest as the quality was very cheap, unlike other Tikamoon furniture. I’m still waiting for the chest to be picked up and my refund to be issued.

El mueble es precioso!! Lo único a mejorar podrían ser los cajones que no tienen guía, pero por el resto está perfecto.
