Nigh mare will never buy from tic tok again. Totally mislead and product was substandard and nothing like the pictures.

When I tried to return the goods it was to a P?O dress and would have cost £35 to send back. So disappointed.

Customer service is none exsistan. I have been trying to communicate by email. No one reads the previous emails so you have to start again each time. I have asked them to call me then the calls keep dropping because they are so far away. Impossible to resolve an issue with them.

Don’t ever buy anything off of tic tock.

If I could give it no stars I would. Been waiting 3 weeks for my order to be told it has been sent back due to a size problem with shipping. I wouldn’t mind but I haven’t ordered anything big at all. Never known this with online shopping before. Won’t order from them again. They are not professional! I’d advise anyone not to shop with this company.

Literally refusing to refund a 272 dollar order, originally claimed that they didn't know why it won't refund, so disputed it with my PayPal, now they're claiming that because I disputed with PayPal they can't refund me. What!?! If you refund my account it closes the dispute. Duh. I swear I'll never order from tiktok again

I have ordered a number of things from tiktok shop and so far haven't had any problems. I have always received what I ordered in a timely fashion and the things I have ordered have been pretty good quality...so far. Tiktok does leave me emails with a $5 discount if I write a review, however there is no link or place I can find to actually write a review. Very frustrating b/c cannot find a way to contact them either. But... my buyin experiences with them have been good. Maybe I have been lucky so far.

My first time ordering from tik Tok shop and I never received my items even tho they said it was delivered at my address, tried to request a refund or cancelation they told me I can’t get my money back unless I return the items that I never received. Huge scam. Customer service is awful.

I’m a new seller on TikTok and the experience has been horrible. I’ve had violations even though I’ve given all requested info on the item. A customer ordered a Sherpa jacket from me which was shipped in its original packaging yet the customer asked for a refund claiming it looked worn and was bad quality yet I’ve sold the same exact jacket off my website with no complaints nor have I ever sold any used items. Everything I sell I purchase new from vendors and ship them out the same way. The final straw was when someone purchased an item from me for $8.00 but TikTok only paid my $5.58 for it. Customer service gave me the automated message about how TikTok can mark down based on wrong description or if “they” believe the price is too high. They could care less what the sellers had to pay for it and how we need to make money. I was told something about I had a negative on the account which makes no sense. I’ve had several orders already and it seems like customers are just getting items at little to no cost while I’m losing inventory and money. I have deleted all items off my TikTok shop and will be closing it once the few orders are fulfilled.

Rubbish customer service, have no regard for UK laws & Distance Selling Regulations. Do yourself a favour and don't bother buying anything from tiktok shops. The seller might be honest but tiktok as marketplace is gang of clueless thugs.

I am seller on tiktok as BONYHUB and very sad to say that tiktok seller ticket agents are so delaying in responding , changing the platform rules without letting teh sellers know, and blocking thousands of pounds in payment. Very bad experiance . No help provided the tiktok agents says our higher team will help you and no one responds till 3 days . Its been 14 days i have been chasing to get my money from tiktok

I place an order on August 19, 2023 and was told I will receive it by August 29, 2023- September 1, 2023 As of today Saturday September 2, 2023 I still have not received my item. I will not order from TikTok shop again I will notify my credit card company.

Dont bother , you sell but get paid after a month !! Better to stick with ebay or amazon , tiktok selling app is floored !!

I'm a seller using tik tok. Totally legit business, seperate off platform website as well. Used multiple platforms over the years and never have I come across a platform like this before. They cancel perfectly good listings with all the information because your competitors reported it. They don't review it themselves but just automatically smash you with violation after violation when you meet their every criteria. Yet the big businesses/creators on there run amok with scams and dodgy listing that are ignored continuously.

Tik Tok support is a joke. You can wait weeks for a reply only for them to send generic unhelpful response after generic unhelpful response. God help you if you are a small business they will never do anything to help you. Add on the fact that they will refund customers and not even ask for them to return the products because its part of their "policy" but won't reimburse the sellers.

I could go on to mention their ever changing policy around lost in transit items that mean you get berated and abused by customers because you used ship by Tik Tok but they control all refunds and reimbursement and refuse to answer tickets.

My advice - steer clear.

So basically I had been promoted by a company through a friend. When that relationship fell out, everyone wanted returns from the products they ordered from me. I tried to dispute however tik toc said nope we r giving them back their money. So I was left out of product and lost all profit. People r buying them returning items within 30 days, keeping the product and selling heir money . Do not use. Stick to Shopify or comment sold

Awful for sellers buyers are allowed to buy then claim a refund only. Tiktok then send messages saying your must refund a customer by a set date or as other say on here they auto refund with no proper investigation. TIKTOK SUPPORT FRAUDSTERS. We have lost £35 in stock thanks to the 1982 software. Its poor layout and is hard work to find the info you need. You have to click 5 time or more to get the info you need. As others have said customer support are slow. Was poor Tiktok policy mean millions are complaining and raising ticket. I've raise no less than 2 a week. With one issue or another. I'm still waiting a month on for an accounts manager to help.

I forgot to add TikTok shop also allow slanderous reviews on your business also. We had a KAREN leave 3 star reviews on out products then block us when we ask questions. We complained this was an unfair review. But TikTo0k said we like customers to have their opinions so we won't be removed them. So they actively support the fact your competitors can buy off you then leave a bad review on you shop. This make the reviews feature rather pathetic and a waste of space and time. As the reviews are fake.

IF YOU DONT HAVE TOUGH SKIN AND A LOT OF MONEY TO LOSE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SELLING ON TIKTOK SHOP... IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE OF AUTO CANCELLATIONS... CUSTOMERS GETTING FREE ITEMS AND US GETTING ABSOLUTELY SCREWED!!!!!! DON'T DO IT! TIKTOK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ON ANY PLATFORM AND WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A LONG TIME NOW! THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDERS EVEN THOUGH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THE ORDER IS IN ROUTE TO THE CUSTOMER.... YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!!!! DON'T DO IT! RUN!!!!!!!!!

I bought something and the order disappeared .there is no trace of my order nothing

If I could do a minus score, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM TIKTOK SHOP. I placed an order, paid for it, received an email from the tiktok shop team confirming and never received the item. When I chased this with them, I was told they cannot find the order and therefore can not refund my money. I am now out of pocket
