Tile product is nice but warning of sticker
Tile product is nice, however all came individually placed in a box open with one tile they placed a huge sticker over the tile that doesn’t come off unless you use a goo product if. It was completely unnecessary to stick the sticker there and after contacting customer service through the email they provided I have not heard from them in this issue.

Tiles arrived damaged
Order arrived in timely manner, but because contents were packed poorly, the tiles arrived damaged. The only packing protection was styrofoam peanuts, so many of the tiles I ordered are damaged and unusable. This caused a costly delay in my renovation project. I've ordered online from several other vendors without issue.
Contacted the seller twice for an RMA number and haven't heard back. Not a happy customer.

The tile is beautiful
The tile is beautiful. Colors are vivid shades of blue and the embedded seashells are lovely. I am using a decorative strip of the tile along the white subway tile backsplash. This is now my dream kitchen, and all my friends will be envious!
