Beautiful tile, well packaged. Can’t wait to get it up!

I ordered 9 samples and paid for each one, they also adjust the shipping price for each sample you order. When the box finally came I only received 7 samples but the shipping notification I received said all 9 were shipped.

When I contacted them, they admitted two were out of stock but didn’t say anything about a refund. So I had to ask for the refund and they sent the refund for the samples but not the extra shipping for those 2 samples.

Admittedly we’re talking about less than $5 here, but it was terrible customer service for someone that is looking to spend probably at least $1000. If they are this way about $5, I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ll be going elsewhere.

The tile we are using on a project was backordered 12 weeks, I found a similar tile online and ordered a sample, which was a perfect match. I place my order and it was delivered by 8:00 AM the next morning. Wow, was I impressed, GREAT Customer Service!!!

First off, the tiles are absolutely stunning and so unique, honestly better than anything I saw during the months I spent searching for pool tile. I looked everywhere, and nothing compared. On top of that, buying my pool tiles from Miguel was such an amazing experience. He was incredibly responsive and his customer service is truly unmatched. With many thousands of choices of tile, I found Tile And Deco by accident at the very last minute of my pool being built they jumped through every hoop to get me samples the next day and then got the tile that we picked out to us for a very good rate and through all the issues that we had, they were right there to help us along highly recommend

They are very prompt at mailing your orders.. the glass tile are fabulous with a huge selection.. i’ve ordered their tile several times. it never disappoints..

Most everything was great. Some of the tiles have small chips.
