Ordered Delayed 3 Months and Company Blatantly Lies
First of all, they ALWAYS have a 60% off everything sale. Always. Even Black Friday, even a random day in April. So that's already a lie. That's not a sale, that's the everyday price.
My order estimate in December was 9-12 weeks for it to arrive. For almost 6 weeks, no one contacted me or said anything to let me know NOTHING was happening with my order. Then I get an email saying they need something within two days or my order will miss a boat and be set back three months in shipping. (They also did not respond immediately to me given this apparently urgent time crunch. I'm certain my order DID miss that boat and they've been lying this entire time whenever I reach out to them).
The people there will blatantly lie to you about delivery times and shipping to get your money. I ordered in December. My order was supposed to arrive February. It is now basically May and I haven't received it.
In February, I was ready to dispute the charge with my credit card company and go with a local company, but they kept lying about delivery times and it arriving faster. ...And here where are getting to May (when I originally said I would get my money back through a charge back if it was estimated to arrive in May).
I also just received a tracking email that it was just shipped and it says someone has to be home to receive it. But the estimated delivery date is three days prior to the email. Obviously, it was just shipped and NOT going to arrive three days ago. But I work full-time and need an actual date if I have to take off work in order to get it.
This whole company is a mess and a lie. Stay away.
Btw, it was one set of blinds I ordered for one, small to average sized window. It wasn't even like I had a crazy order. It was one set of blinds. One.

I was nervous about measuring for…
I was nervous about measuring for shutters online, but the guides provided were so clear and easy to follow. Everything arrived with perfect measurements, and the shutters fit my windows like they were custom-made on-site. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and they have completely transformed the look of my living room. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Very disappointed!
Only after the order was confirmed was I told the estimated time for manufacturing would be 12-14 weeks. Had I known that, I would have gone to Home Depot. Very disappointed!

Couldn't be happier. The American Wood shutters are beautiful. These are nicer than the shutters at my local high-end window covering store. The finish (bright white) is perfect. They made it all the way to Michigan without a scratch. I ordered enough shutters for 10 windows and was able to install them all in one day, by myself. Spend $30 and get a laser measure, it makes ordering much easier. Every frame fit perfectly. Also, the freight company was wonderful. My order came on a pallet, and the brought it into my garage for me.
