Incredible customer service and gorgeous shutters!
Jordan provided exceptional customer service. After a measurement mix-up on our end when ordering our plantation shutters, she went above and beyond anything we expected, and offered to remake our shutters for free. What could have been a very expensive mistake turned into an incredible experience because of her kindness and professionalism. We were honestly blown away by her generosity and kindness and are beyond grateful.
This turned a very stressful, expensive mistake into an incredible customer service experience. Jordan was kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us — something that is rare these days.
The shutters themselves are beautiful, and the integrity and generosity shown by Jordan have earned our trust and loyalty. We would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you again for such outstanding service!

Eco Wood Shutters - poor frames fit
I ordered 2 Eco Wood Shutters (Full height).
+ ordering was easy.
+ shutters arrived on time, but did not get any shipping notification from The Shutter Store. UPS notified me that I had a shipment from an unknown company (Norman USA), that turns out were the shutters manufacturer.
+ shutters were easy to assemble.
+ I installed the frames with the provided corner frame joint blocks, but the frames did not fit tight and there is and approx. 1/8" visible corner gap between the 4 frames. This is very disappointing, and indicates the the frame cut angles were not exactly the same! I have photos to show.

So far, we haven’t received any photos, but as soon as you’re able to send them over, we’ll escalate this immediately with our factory team.

Outstanding product quality and even better customer service
We ordered our first set of shutters as a confidence check before committing to doing our entire home. The quality and fit exceeded expectations — solid construction, clean finish, and a perfect look once installed.
As a veteran, I also genuinely appreciate their standing 60% discount. It’s meaningful, and it made a full-home project realistic for us.
Most importantly, their callback consultation service is invaluable. The ordering process has a lot of inputs, and the consultation helps catch mistakes and provides advice you should absolutely follow. I consider myself quite experienced and handy (I did install these myself) but I did make a mistake the consultant caught. Take advantage of that service.
Because of that experience and the product quality, we’re now moving forward with shutters for all the windows in our home.
