Timber Windows Essex Ltd Reviews

Lovely, meticulously made timber windows and designed to last. The fitting team were also excellent. All very professional. Well done to Timber Windows Essex.

Our new door was installed this week and has transformed our home! It looks stunning, if we were selling I think it would add 10% to the valuation!
The whole process went smoothly, initially looking online, but we found the store in Leigh on Sea, much better as they can show you the actual product, colour choices, glazing and hardware selections. The doors are a very good quality solid construction. Design and ordering was easy and we were kept well informed during the design, ordering and making phases. Fitting was earlier than anticipated, and the guys who removed our old door and fitted the new one were, very tidy, considerate and did a fantastic job, with a finish that we could not fault. Top quality all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Timber windows.

Everything about the whole process worked so smoothly. This is our third successful installation.

Really great communication in planning our work. Great fitters who were really helpful!

Installation quick and easy . No mess, all cleared. Well done Graham and Lee.

Windows are of excellent quality and well built. Considerable care was taken over several visits to make sure all dimensions and details were accurately recorded and implemented. The fitters were great; efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. It was good having them around and knowing the project was being properly managed. Making good & touching up were really well done and barely noticeable.

Initially there was a problem with inadequate attention to design detail but Timber Windows corrected the design of cills 3round windows and a back door although the windows took some months before they were installed suggesting that here was no arrangement to give priority to correcting mistakes.

Whilst the delivery of the door was later than I originally expected, the original design and specification process was excellent with the team willing to make adjustments to ensure the design met expectation. The team also worked to mitigate the delay, changing the instal date to suit me. The team completing the on site works were excellent, checking details as the install progressed. The finished product is exceptional.

Ffrom choosing the door to having it installed the service and workmanship was excellent

The service and quality of product from this company is exceptional, from survey to fitting, the process was very efficient and simple.
The windows are extremely good quality and the install team were friendly and very professional, we cannot fault anything and would highly recommend.

Amazed with the windows. Thanks to Tony and Glynn who did a great job on the install (and worked during the heatwave as well!) - We really appreciate it.

Tony and Glynn did an absolute phenomenal job installing our new windows - everything was kept tidy, the guys were professional, everything was clean when they left and the windows look amazing. The quality of the PVC sash windows is really good - the neighbors even confused it with wood. We had to consult the council as we're in a conservation area and it got the tick of approval.

I appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to be open to the design wishes I had. They didn’t attempt to steer me away from my idea and sell me something else I didn’t want.

They’ve been professional and helpful throughout. Not forgetting provided a fantastic and quality entrance door we’re very pleased with! Thank you.

Lovely windows, fitters were great no mess all very straightforward

We have our windows and front door from Timber Windows and have been delighted with both. It’s so wonderful to have timber windows and made with such quality. We went for bespoke stained glass in our front door and sidelights and are thrilled with the result. The team at Timber Windows have been brilliant and so helpful.

They were interested in getting the best result from the start of my enquiry. Their team communication was amazing and each person had a great perspective on the issue or process at every stage. The elegant back door suite was completed earlier than estimated, with brilliant professionalism and quality.

Excellent products, clear communication and a friendly and professional team throughout the process.

Tony and Glyn are the best. Nice hard working friendly guys. The products are brilliant. After last year having a huge School style arched window replaced, phase 2 is a beautiful front door and kitchen window. Already seeing Sophie to discuss the back door and en suite window for the autumn. And hopefully we will finish the whole house by this time next year. Thanks to everyone, pleasant professional company with a great product.
