Timber Windows Essex Ltd Reviews

Excellent service from start to finish. They really listened to our wishes, helped us tweak the final designs a few times, and were really accommodating with making sure the installation date worked for us. We had a few quotes from other companies but were most impressed with Timber Window’s communication, window quality, and guarantee.
The window installers were very professional and efficient and we are absolutely thrilled with our new windows.
Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again!

Extremely pleased with the level of service we received, starting with the showroom ~ how many times can you change your mind! To the guys who installed the windows, friendly and kept the mess to a minimum. The windows look fabulous and suit the style/age of our house.

Excellent quality door. Efficient and expert fitting. Very satisfied.

We couldn’t be happier with our new front door from Timber Windows Colchester. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding, and it has completely transformed the entrance to our home, including how much more insulated it now feels from the cold and the sound of cars driving past. We’ve had so many compliments from passers-by and neighbours.

The team was professional, tidy, and kept us informed from start to finish. A special mention to Sophie, who led us through the whole process; the CAD designer, who helped with the finer details of where lines should sit alongside our existing window frames to make it seamless; and the two door fitters, who were true craftsmen - prompt, professional, incredibly skilled, and who cleaned up afterwards.

If you’re in Colchester and want a high-quality, elegant timber front door, I highly recommend Timber Windows Colchester. Truly, a five-star service, experience and results.

Very happy with the product
The company have been very helpful and addressed any issues

Excellent sales excellent customer service survey and great fitting. Only issue could have done with more than 3 keys.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I went into the showroom and met Sophie who was able to talk me expertly through the colours and finishes making it all so easy. On installation, Glyn and Tony were faultless - quick, efficient and tidy. They talked me through the process, installed the new doors and got the old ones cleared all within the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Good showrooms. Easy company to deal with. Good interaction with us throughout the sale and installation process. Very good installation team. And a very nice product overall! A good experience throughout.

The windows look great, the two installers were professional and friendly, and the company were helpful and patient throughout the long planning process. The only reason it wasn’t five stars is that it was pretty expensive and we did pay for good service.

We had a new front door from Timber windows recently installed.
The whole process from start to finish was wonderful.
The two guys who fitted the door were especially good. They took every care and had a very high attention to detail.
A very happy customer.

Second major installation from the team - and superb job and outcome as usual.

The positive comments we get from visitors speak the volumes.

High quality team, high quality outcomes.

We recently had a Front door made by Timber Windows. From when we initially went to there showroom, and Liaising with staff during the journey of manufacturer, to being fitted. The whole experience has been exciting. When it was finally installed, my partner and I are so over the moon with the finished product, the quality is fantastic, I would thoroughly recommend

The fitters did a wonderful job of replacing our bathroom window. They left the room so tidy you wouldn't know they had been. A great job

Outstanding from start to finish, everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and explained everything in full. The final install is to a fantastic standard, though there are cheaper options available, the quality across the board is worth the little extra, I would highly recommend.

Just completed the second phase of replacement windows. It was a different team this time but they were every bit as good as the first team - very efficient and tidy. Excellent quality windows.

Fantastic service. All the way through they were so helpful and the finished product is absolutely stunning. Installation was also great, really clean and they took care with everything. Would recommend 100%

Excellent service from the whole team at Timber Windows, from our initial enquiry at the Brentwood showroom to today's installation of our new door by Graham and Lee, and all other team members in-between.
We had lots of questions, especially with our choice of coloured glass, but all our questions were clearly answered either in person or via email.
Particular praise to the fitters who had to work on the hottest day with full sun shining on our house. They paid special care with our wiring, ensuring nothing was 'cut-off'.
The whole process proves that communication at each step of order was efficiently passed along the line.
Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier than I am with my new installation - the door quality is second to none and despite the investment and lead time the whole experience was great. To add to it, the fitters on the day (Graham and Lee) were out of this world…. Efficient, careful, skillful and outstanding & considered communication. Thank you Timberwindows

Superb and friendly service. Good advice and genuine support. On time delivery and experienced customer service throughout the process! Thank you for this..a welcomed help and backing in a nervous challenge to a major refurbishment to my listed home.

The people at Timber Windows were a delight to deal with. The only negative aspect of the experience was that the lock on the beautiful door did not function properly on installation and there was a slight crease in the letter box flap This was readily rectified by replacement and the door looks great and works perfectly. I assume I was a bit unlucky.
