Delivered on time very clean buggy like new ! Only issue was return i got 2 emails one royalmail and dpd for returning so had to clarify which one to use to send back that was only issue other than that nice clean buggy and good delivery on time

The communication could have been better

Delivery was quick and the planepal absolutely made a huge difference. Travelling as a solo mum to the USA, it made the world of difference and enabled my 5 year old to be comfortable throughout such a long flight. Will definitely be ordering again in time for our trip to Thailand.

Really great experience. We hired a cabin approved stroller which was in great condition, exactly as described and just what we needed. Delivered on time. Easy to repackage and return. We’d absolutely use again.

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The item was delivered within the time specified and the return process was really straight forward. The price of the rental was also extremely competitive. I’m looking forward to renting again!

The whole process was so easy. From start to finish it really was simple. The Hoppie in which we rented itself was in immaculate condition, it also smelt incredible when we unboxed it 😂 we loved the Hoppie so much that we’ve actually now purchased on of our own! I’d absolutely recommend to anyone who has littles!

Very reliabke and quick response. I had to change my trvel plan and they follow my needs.
Everything was smooth both in pick up and drop off phase.

As always, the item arrived in good condition and on the day it was supposed to. Returns are easy and I know that if there's a query I can get a prompt answer from an actual real friendly person! Thank you, Tiny Explorers, I'm sure I'll be back next time my granddaughter visits!

Fantastic service. Everything was straight forward and simple and lovely well maintained item ordered.

Great service and pre/post rental questions were promptly answered. The scooter and helmet for my grandson arrived as promised, well packed and like new! Highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

Such a great idea for travelling without having to purchase an additional pushchair to use once every now and then.

What a great company which we used recently for our holiday. We rented the plane buddy and it was much more economical than having g to buy the two we required and also a cheaper way to road test something to see if it is useful before you buy. The whole service was simple and straightforward and nice to have the return postage and packaging included. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

We used Tiny Explorers to rent a car seat on a trip to the UK, after the car rental company said they couldn't provide one.

I was really happy we did. You never know what you're going to get with the car hire company, in terms of the quality and the condition. Here we were able to choose exactly the model we wanted and it arrived in pristine condition right on time.

I'm fairly sure it was also cheaper than hiring with the car.

We also were in touch with the support which we found very helpful, and they were understanding and helpful when we got a bit confused with the return instructions.

Overall we were very happy, thanks for the great service, and we'll definitely be happy to use on our next trip to the UK, and will be recommending to others. Thank you!

Found this site on google. We booked for a buggy for my autistic son as we were going on holiday. Delivery service was amazing, communication has been amazing. Can’t fault tiny explorers one bit. Would 100% recommend and I will be using again in the future.

It's amazing that you can rent these things - the delivery and pick up were super smooth, I had an issue and was contacted by a wonderful person who whatsapped and called to follow up and make every effort possible to put it right. We had a great experience. Our 'tiny exploration' was really wonderful and we'll definitely rent from here again!
