Great Company
I find it very, very easy to recommend Titan Energy Group after our recent Solar panel and battery installation. The whole team from back office support, engineers, electricians and installers were competent, professional and friendly and I don't want to single individuals out for praise at the risk of not naming others who were equally exceptional and provide a brilliant team.
The initial price and proposed setup was explained very clearly but there was no pressure to sign up and no attempt at upselling once our requirements were clear.
The installation was carried out very quickly and followed several iterations by the engineer who clearly “knew his stuff” and tweaked the setup several times to optimise it for our property.
The Electrician and Installation team on site kept us updated on what they were doing and were friendly and respectful.
All in all it was a great experience, very quickly completed AND a very competitive price.
I have no hesitation in recommending Titan after our experience.

Refreshing honesty. of this company has…
My first experience of this company has been excellent. From an initial conversation with Bethany followe be very helpful information from Matt through to a surveyor visit by Steve I have felt valued & supported following a sophisticated scam which I managed to escape from but left me feeling very vulnerable & harassed. Dylan kept me informed regarding a puncture delaying Steve. The most encouraging aspect is the honesty - Steve discovered the scammers had managed to turn off our inverter & once turned on again was still working. The company offered to cancel our order for a new one & return the deposit. However we have decided to proceed and I hope this excellent customer care & service will continue throughout our contract.

We already had a solar panel installation which we inherited from a house purchase. But we didn't have a storage battery!
I contacted Titan and a storage battery was fitted within a week of placing our order!
Not only did they fit the battery, our existing system was given a looking at and everything was good!

They were extremely helpful explaining how the solar pv system works, and the amount of energy I will be getting stored, which is more then enough I need for around the house, they are a very reputable company and I have told friends and family to go to them for there services.

I approached a few different installers regarding solar at my home and was left more confused than when i started!
I sat on a video call with an advisor called Matt who really put me at ease and explained what i needed and why, but most importantly how solar cuts my electric bill and actually turns a profit!
I was guided through by some lovely people Beth and Dylan to name but a few and the next day i had Steve the surveyor checking all was possible. Lovely team of lads installing and were very tidy too! From my inital meeting to the job being finished was only 5 days!! Well done Titan thank you for your help!

Titan genuinely deserves five stars from me. It's easy to leave a five-star review when everything goes perfectly. For me, though, the real measure of a company is the people behind it. The way they communicated and how they worked and supported me throughout the whole process was amazing.
My experience with Titan has just been excellent!
From the start I found the team knowledgeable, approachable and real easy to deal with. There was no feeling of being pushed into something or blinded with technical jargon. My questions were answered properly, things were explained clearly and I felt I was dealing with people who genuinely knew the industry.
What impressed me most were the people in the business. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and actually seemed to care about doing a good job. That made a huge difference.
The standard of work is excellent, communication was clear and the whole experience gave me confidence that I chose the right company.
There are plenty of companies that can sell you solar and renewable energy products. Finding one you actually trust to advise you properly and look after the installation is not as easy. But Titan Energy is one of those companies.
A very easy 5/5 and a company I'd happily recommend.
