Adam was extremely responsive when we had a recent boiler problem. He responded to the initial call and made an appointment for the same day.
His work was very good; he diagnosed the problem and then rectified it without problem.
I’d definitely recommend Adam to others and will use him again.

My Boiler broke at 20.00hrs on a Saturday and I was desperate, Adam called as soon as he got the email which was the following day and talked me through what I needed to do, so kind, professional and easy to understand, thank you.

Brilliant service from Adam earlier today. Due to having no hot water or heating Adam visited the property and had the problem solved quickly and professionally.
He also took the time to explain the issue and gave me expert advice. Highly recommended and I will be using him for future appointments.

Our boiler died on a Sunday night in middle of February. We called Titan heating and plumbing on Monday, Adam came out on Tuesday and new boiler installed a week later. Adam was very knowledgeable, prompt and very tidy. He did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, can’t recommend highly enough. Came for emergency call out as recommended by Valliant. I was unhappy with another engineer who came out previously and gave me a bill, but didn’t fix the system and wanted to come back to do more investigations. Adam instantly knew what the problem was and his quote for a replacement boiler was over £2000 cheaper than the first engineer. Excellent quote, excellent work and excellent professional manner. So glad I found him, so hard to know who to trust sometimes and Adam is one of the good guys. He even sorted out some fan heaters so my husband, who is in very poor health, wouldn’t be left in the cold.

Titan serviced our gas boiler again this year. It was great to receive a reminder that the boiler was due for service. We have also previously used their services for a valve replacement on the boiler. They are always friendly and professional, their quotes are accurate and they do a great job. Will continue to use their services and would recommend them.

Adam Is very professional and does a thorough job. Has done a few jobs for us now. Would highly recommend for all plumbing and heating requirements.
