We have used Adam's services at Titan Heating & Plumbing for a number of installations and also repairs. Recently he assessed our old faulty boiler, and sourced and installed a new, efficient replacement. I found
Adam to be always punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. A few days later I requested a replacement of the kitchen tap for a convenient mixer tap, which again he sourced and installed. I highly recommend Titan Heating & Plumbing, such great service!

Adam came out at short notice when the annoyingly my heating failed tripping the electrics in the house. This occurred at the most inconvenient time but Adam diagnosed and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently minimising the disruption to my schedule. Adam is very experienced and trustworthy. He’s now my go to over British Gas! Impeccable service.

I asked Titan Heating & Plumbing Solutions Ltd to quote for fitting independently controlled thermostats to our bathroom heated towel rails. They came to the house at the time and date agreed to inspect the potential work and subsequently sent a quote in the timeframe agreed. The engineer was knowledgeable courteous and explained options clearly to me during the visit. The quote was more than we could afford through no fault of the plumbers but due to the way the pipework had been installed in the first place. I subsequently asked if anything could be done to improve the existing situation with the valves being stiff and impossible to adjust. The company kindly came back and using their specialist tools loosened all the valves so they can now be adjusted by hand. They also gave us some valuable advice regarding our boiler set up and all this at no cost. If I need plumbing work carried out in the future, I would certainly contact Titan Heating & Plumbing Solutions Ltd who have proved themselves to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

After I had a really bad experience from someone else who fit my boiler and never called me back, never answered my message, my best friend recommended Adam!He helped me out sorting the problem with boiler straight away, he sorted out the previous person mess.He is very reliable, very skilled and very kind.I do recommend him and I am really grateful to him and I am doing my service with him.

Adam came out at short notice on a weekend to fix my badly leaking boiler. He went above and beyond to secure the required parts and to fit them in a couple of hours. Highly recommend. Called Monday and was booked in today (Friday - he even swapped some stuff around to make sure I could make the school run). The engineers who attended were smart, polite and clearly very knowledgeable. I cannot fault them really. Will definitely use again.
