Bewertung des Kundenservice: leider war das von mir bestellte Produkt nicht mehr lieferbar und somit hat mich der Kundenservice kontaktiert und mir ein Upgrade-Vorschlag zukommen lassen. Dieses geschah sehr zeitnah zur meiner ursprünglichen Bestellung. Die nette Dame- Frau P. Huertas - war super kompetent und sehr freundlich sowie verbindlich in der Kommunikation. Also bis dato bin ich sehr zufrieden! Bin auf das Gerät gespannt und hoffe auf einen ebenso tollen Kundenservice im Nachgang!

I booked a complete set (Smith Machine V3 incl 150kg Olympic disks), H3 Dumbell rack (2-30kg), Abs Bench, Bench for Smith machine, Rower and Airbike. My first contact was on the 4th of Nov and with discussing discounts and amount of equipment we received and installed before the 20th of Dec in Portugal. In between we discussed when what could be delivered and installed as there needs to be a technical person coming over. Great service and also calling on the day of delivering how far and long. So we are a happy customer.

Do your homework. Understand that these are shipped from Spain and will take 4 weeks delivery. You get a tracking number to see where the order is. If you can accept that, and you don't need the item immediately then I fully recommend.
Bought a functional trainer on Black Friday for £250 less than other sites, it arrived day after boxing day. Took 4 hrs to out together, very good quality, mostly clear instructions and well set out parts, nuts, bolts etc.

Chaise romaine reçue en 8 jours à moitié prix pour le black friday. Aucun problème j'en suis même surpris vue les avis.

Pretty awful.... Delivery took 4 weeks, albeit due to the flooding, however this was probably a good excuse to what I read is a normal occurence.

Parts then came with wrong instructions.

Whole process was just a mess. The machines are good though!

An sich kann ich das Unternehmen weiterempfehlen. Bei der ersten Bestellung war eine Gewindebuchse defekt. Das Gerät wurde aber ersetzt und läuft jetzt tadellos. Der Kundenservice war sehr gut. Ich bin zufrieden gerne wieder. Mfg

Ordered a £1600 leg curl machine, took 3 weeks to arrive. That’s fair, it came from Spain.

The issues I have:
-customer service is poor, even prior to order they’re simply uninterested in taking calls

After delivery
-machine frame is different to the website and the instruction manual
-the components do not match the manual, meaning it’s un buildable
-we had to use pliers and grips to force open metal work to even build the bird we could due to poor build quality

Once we’d notified titanium about the issues we had they ignored my email, then after calling them the next day they again were unhelpful on the phone.
2 days later since originally telling them our commercial machine doesn’t work and doesn’t have any components to build it, they’re still ignoring all emails and my calls just fall on death ears about a technician calling me back…

I’ve asked to get the product to be returned but as usual I’m waiting for a response on his to return…

Don’t waste your time, order from somewhere else. These guys suck.

Der Kontakt vor der bestellung war schon gut.
Das Gerät Elite Serie Isolsteral Latzug und Chestpress ist Top. Beim Aufbau hat wirklich jede Schraube gepasst. Aufbau ist auch alleine möglich. Ca. 3,0 Std.
Ich würde auch 5 Sterne geben wenn Die Firma Ihre Lieferzeiten genauer angeben würden. Letztlich ist es egal ob die Ware 1 Woche oder 4 Wochen LZ hat. Jedoch sollte man informiert werden. Werde sicher noch die ein oder andere Maschine bestellen. Top-Qualität Top Preis.

Das Rudergerät wird mehrere hundert Euro günstiger angeboten, als in anderen Shops. Angegeben war die Lieferung in 3-7 Tagen. Eine Woche lang passierte nichts. Auf Nachfrage antwortete der Kundenservice nach 3 Tagen per Mail, dass das bereits bezahlte Gerät nicht lieferbar ist (auf der Website steht weiterhin "auf Lager") und ich doch ein Gerät ihrer Eigenmarke nehmen solle. Die Bestellung wurde dann von mir storniert. Zum Glück habe ich über Klarna bezahlt, sonst würde ich wahrscheinlich heute noch auf mein Geld warten.

Expédition rapide mais en deux fois et avec des pièces droites livrées en double mais sans la gauche... donc impossible de monter la smith machine sans faire une modification de soudure !!
Aucun SAV, personne ne répond, ni chez Gymcompany ni chez Titanium, ni par telephone, ni par email.
Franchement pas sérieux.
Du coup j'ai acheté les accessoires et poids ailleurs...

J’ai effectuer une commande le 20 juin dernier via le site Colizey dont titaniumstrengh est partenaire. Total de ma commande 595€…a ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.
Service client inexistant, pas de suivie…

He hecho una compra importante con Titanium Strength y lo recomiendo 100%. Francisco Nuez fue mi asesor de la empresa y fue transparente por completo, me recomendó lo que consideró necesario sin venderme cosas, me hizo un precio insuperable y coordinó todo el envío para que llegara en el momento que le solicité.
Me lo ha puesto súper fácil y siempre ha estado pendiente y dispuesto a ayudarme.
En un futuro no dudaré en volver a comprar con ellos.

Por favor antes de comprar algo a esta marca pensarlo bien, compre una máquina de la serie elite de discos hace unos cuatro meses, la máquina vino con varios defectos, no han dejado de marearme pidiéndome videos fotos y demás.
Una vez enviados los vídeos y fotos me dicen que no hay problema, que enviarán el servicio técnico pero que no saben cuando que tienen mucho lío, meses después sigo esperando.
Pasan mucho mucho de todo! Todas sus maquinas las tienen otras marcas e incluso a mejor precio y mucho mejor trato de atención para vender y el servicio postventa.
A día de hoy sigo esperando que que me envíen las piezas que tengo que cambiar y envíen al servicio técnico!

Ich möchte hier auf diesem Wege den hervorragenden Kundenservice sehr lobend erwähnen - man ist mir gegenüber sehr höflich und kompetent bezüglich meines Problems entgegengekommen und ich wurde mehr als zufriedenstellend "entschädigt" - so einen Kundenservice wünscht man sich von jedem Unternehmen!!! Ich kann TitaniumStrength in allen Belangen nur weiter empfehlen...

Habe ein Power Rack mit Latzug und jetzt eine Beinpresse bestellt. Die Ware kam super verpackt und war einfach zum Aufbauen. Super Qualität. Habe das Power Rack jetzt schon über 2 Jahre und funktioniert wie am ersten Tag. Auch der Kundenservice ist spitze. Antwortet sofort.
Kann den Shop nur empfehlen!

These people will not get back with you even when their equipment doesn't last anytime. Their equipment is complete garbage and so is their customer service! Do yourselves a favor and stick with Titan or Rouge. They are about the same price anyways and their stuff is just better made. I spent thousands on a machine (Functional Trainer) and the cable broke so it's of no use to me now so I'm out of thousands of dollars because these people will not get back with me and I even offered to pay for this, just get it to me. Nope they won't even respond to calls, emails, etc.!! Do not buy from them. You will be disappointed; I promise and be out of money. I'm so ticked I am going to ride up to their place of business and deal with them face to face. Thousands of dollars!! I'll see you all soon!!

Ordine effettuato piu di un mese fa, inutile la scusa del canale di suez, il pacco è fermo da due settimane al porto a loro dire, continuano a dirmi che viene spedito e poi stranamente della spedizione neanche l’ ombra.
Dopo l’ ennesimo “ci scusiamo per il ritardo”
faccio questa recensione.

J'ai acheté un banc titanium PM50 pour muscler pectoraux et épaules , le banc a 8 positions différentes donc cela doit travailler différents groupes musculaires donc je demande une notice d'utilisation ( qui est obligatoire selon la loi ) Quelle erreur j'ai fait , le service technique m'a pris pour un idiot et leurs compétences techniques enfin si il y en a laisse a désirer. Reponse du site : Bonjour à tous Il n'existe pas de manuel d'utilisation pour ce type de machine car son utilisation est évidente, c'est-à-dire qu'une fois montée, elle peut être utilisée, elle n'a pas d'utilisation cachée. Ce qu'il est, c'est ce qu'il fait, c'est un banc de musculation pour les épaules et la poitrine, rien d'autre. Je ne sais pas ce que le client veut que nous lui envoyions. Salutations
8 positions et ca n'a qu'une fonction !!!!! donc une inclinaison a 30 a 10 a 90 degrés ca muscle la même chose. Je me demande vraiment si ils savent ce qu'ils font ou si ils devraient se recycler dans la construction de friteuses .... pour faire des frites !!!!!
J'utilise un banc sans savoir si je fais des bons mouvements !!!!

Franchement je déconseille l'achat sur ce site , vraiment des incompétents
