I don’t want to give 1 star but it didn’t let me go through 🤬🤬🤬🤬 well I don’t know why eveyone is lying these people are rats they didn’t let me get all my personal belongings out of my car I know the guys that work there took my stuff out they take yur money and you never get anything down on the loan this place is a scam 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I GIVE THIS PLACE NOOOOO STAR

The office reeked of cigarette smoke, the employees smelled like cigarette smoke - I felt like I was in a loan sharks den. The employees were talking about "how good the paperwork is on all their repossessions". What? i could not get out of their fast enough.

My day was filled with joy, primarily when companies have the right people hired to help those with hidden deep need, and when an employee sees that, it’s a wonder. I am pleased I got served by a wonderful person who was very professional, understanding, kind and patient and never give up on small issues to quit but wanted to help. Thank you to worker who helped me. Made my day a wonderful Mother’s Day.

CAUTION & BEWARE THIS PLACE IS WORSE THEN A LOAN SHARK. I GOT A TITLE LOAN ON MY RAM TRUCK ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. I PAID OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS JUST TO RENEW MY LOAN.THEY TOLD ME AT TITLEMAX THAT I AM JUST PAYING THE INTEREST ALONE AND INTERST COMPOUNDS DAILY. I AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING ON MYPRINCIPLE LOAN, JUST THE INTEREST. THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO OVERPAY IN ORDER TO PAY MY PRINCIPLE. SO I WOULD NEED TO PAY $1,600 OR MORE INSTEAD OF JUST 1,480 WHICH I OWED AT THE TIME. I HAD TO GO TO A DEALERSHIP AND ACTUALLY SELL MY RAM IN ORDER TO BE FREE OF THIS LOAN SHARK CALL TITLEMAX. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. TITLEMAX OWES ME AT LEAST $10 THOUSAND DOLLARS. AGAIN, PLEASE BEWARE.I HAD TO SELL MY PRECIOUS TRUCK JUST TO GET RID OF TITLEMAX AND NOW I HAVE NOTHING TO DRIVE. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR A LOAN. THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT AND JUST DECEIVE YOU WHILE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR VEHICLE.
